Colaw Fitness of Oklahoma City Gyms

I recently joined Colaw Fitness and had the pleasure of working with Joshua. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience at the gym. Joshua's knowledge of the gym equipment and workout routines is impressive and he was more than happy to help me with any questions I had. His customer service skills are top-notch and he truly made me feel welcomed at the gym. I highly recommend Joshua and Colaw Fitness to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals. 5 stars!Updates: We started our weight loss/ healthier lifestyle style journeys, at this gym back in January. Love this place. They are always cleaning and staff are friendly, inviting and also always there to help you out. They have plenty of different stages of workout equipment! Tanning beds are usually clean but sometimes they miss the top glass of the lay down beds. My only complaint is the shower have a 2-3 min of luke warn before it gets very cold! 😞 Attention Management , if possible can you adjust temperature of the showers…can you give us like 7- 9 minutes of (hot water) showers time please 🙏. I only ask because some relying on a hot shower to get clean before work. Sincerely pleased though. The members and the staff at this gym are always pleasant and I feel very safe and free here. I would most definitely recommend this gym.

Keeli was very attentive and knowledgeable about the equipment and programs Colaw has to offer. She was super sweet and got us signed up immediately!!

The staff was really nice and the environment was clean and inviting. Keeli helped me get a membership and walked me through the entire process and got me in the system quickly. can’t wait to start my membership with you guys.

This place got too greedy with money, i was one of the first members to sign up when it first opened up since its right by my house. We signed up because we can take guests to the gym. Even though i was on the guest list, they are now charging 50 dollars for guests. Disappointed how much this place changed now that they get popular, and looking for more money. Not that my opinion matters but i guess it is to be expected. They shouldn’t change the price for how much was agreed whenever we signed up. If new members sign up after changed the rule , why should old members abide by that rule, when we signed up for the reasons that were made before like not having to pay 50 dollars for having a guest that was already there.

Keeli was wonderful to work with. She made signing up so easy. She is also kind and bubbly which made it all the better!

Laura was very knowledgeable, very helpful and very polite I joined this facility today. I hope it will be everything I was looking for. I will check it out tomorrow after work.

Sonja helped me so much with every question I had was super friendly. Great location awesome gym too.

Nice place, Clean facilities.. But only went here one time... left the moment I heard Christian worship music playing throughout the whole place, yikes. good thing this place is dirt cheap. Not me for me unfortunately.
