Nice place, Clean facilities.. But only went here one time... left the moment I heard Christian worship music playing throughout the whole place, yikes. good thing this place is dirt cheap. Not me for me unfortunately.

The employees are friendly, the facilities are clean. Most equipment you would find in a larger gym. I came in at the end of the month and she said it was better to wait until the next month to sign up because I would be charged again on the 1st. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they have a lot of undisclosed fees. If you are bringing a friend and doing the $15 a month plan, the break down is really $23.33.

First time in the building and I’m met with a positive atmosphere and a well trained, attentive and well informed employee by the name of Royce. He answered all of my dozens of questions and shown a great deal of patience with first time goers - I highly recommend you to come in and see for yourself, thank you for reading this review and good luck on your path to becoming a better you!

Kyle was very nice and professional getting us signed up. Keeli was great and showed us the facility and membership options. Overall great experience can't wait to start working out.

Diamond was so helpful! she explained the differences between the contracts and helped me understand them so i won’t have any further confusion ◡̈ ! She made me feel welcomed and genuinely cared about my membership with colaw ! So happy these are the type of people that work at my new gym !

Becca was amazingly friendly! Super helpful! There was absolutely no judgment and she even high five me just for coming in to sign up! Loving the vibes of this place!

Staff at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The facility is bright, professional and clean, with every form of exercise equipment I could possibly want or need. I was offered a tour of the floor, with explanations for any equipment I had questions about. Available training options were explained as well, and my concerns about some of my physical limitations were addressed, making me feel sure I made the right decision in choosing Colaw. I am also extremely pleased with all that is offered at such a reasonable and fair price. I look forward to working out here.

Just wanted to say Jo is an amazing employee. I’ve seen him cleaning the gym up, making sure everyone who goes in AND out gets a greeting and a goodbye. He’s a professional man. Had a good talk with him, keep him around. He definitely keeps my morale and motivation up when I come in.

I was a former member here and needed to get back in, so I came back and I’m glad I did. Becca made my decision easy on a plan to choose and was very knowledgeable. I can’t wait to come back. I would definitely recommend.
