Becca was an amazing helping me with my membership. This gym is great for all types of workouts and is cheap. It’s always clean and the people are so nice and will help you start up your fitness journey.

The employees are friendly, the facilities are clean. Most equipment you would find in a larger gym. I came in at the end of the month and she said it was better to wait until the next month to sign up because I would be charged again on the 1st. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they have a lot of undisclosed fees. If you are bringing a friend and doing the $15 a month plan, the break down is really $23.33.

First time in the building and I’m met with a positive atmosphere and a well trained, attentive and well informed employee by the name of Royce. He answered all of my dozens of questions and shown a great deal of patience with first time goers - I highly recommend you to come in and see for yourself, thank you for reading this review and good luck on your path to becoming a better you!

Staff at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The facility is bright, professional and clean, with every form of exercise equipment I could possibly want or need. I was offered a tour of the floor, with explanations for any equipment I had questions about. Available training options were explained as well, and my concerns about some of my physical limitations were addressed, making me feel sure I made the right decision in choosing Colaw. I am also extremely pleased with all that is offered at such a reasonable and fair price. I look forward to working out here.

Just wanted to say Jo is an amazing employee. I’ve seen him cleaning the gym up, making sure everyone who goes in AND out gets a greeting and a goodbye. He’s a professional man. Had a good talk with him, keep him around. He definitely keeps my morale and motivation up when I come in.

Royce was professional and got me started right away! Actually, I said I would do “tomorrow” and he said, “Why,? You can start today!” And with that I was convinced it was indeed time to start today!
