Great gym in a great location! Definitely worth checking out. The team there runs a great business and is very kind. It is usually busy which can make it hard to get the equipment you want but still great.

I really like this location! Its very clean compared to others I have been to and the staff seem friendly. I would love it if there was a 24 hour option like other locations.

So much of the equipment is broken and pending a fix. 2/3 times I’ve been in the early morning and there were zero towels available. For the cost of membership this gym is disappointing

Genesis does not care about their members (whom they’re lucky to have). More than 30 people came to a locked, dark facility this morning. There is no phone number to call, no recourse for those committed members who have a limited amount of time before work to get in a workout. At the very least, place a phone number on the door for members to call an owner to open. I have plenty of guest passes for a locally owned gym that I will happily share the next time this happens. According to the other members waiting, this is a chronic (and absurd!) problem. It’s a perfect opportunity for them to cancel their memberships. Disgusted.

I was visiting Omaha and I dropped into Genesis for a one day pass and it was a great experience. Kyle (I believe his name was), and his team were so welcoming right when I walked in. It took 2 seconds to check me in, I was offered a quick tour and I was good to go! Ill be sure to drop back next time i’m in Omaha!

Friendly staffs and a great atmosphere! They recently added new equipment and it really shows the effort they put in! Every day I come in I get greeted by name which really adds a sense of community. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Definitely not a 4 start gym .. everywhere you look machines "out of order " , Old equipment, dirty. Been going here for several months and it's been the same no changes in maintenance to equipment.

I don't mind coming to this Genesis, but they don't by any means "knock it out of the park." I really have to ask and would love an honest answer--do you guys have Quality Checks at all? I would put money on betting there isn't a routine, thorough process for this.Multiple times a day--or at the VERY least once a day before you open or close--someone should be checking every hand sanitizer dispenser, every paper towel dispenser, soap pumps, and sanitizing sprays. I was just there this morning and I think one out of several hand sanitizing stations worked, there's always a couple paper towel dispenser that don't work, and scarily low sanitizing spray bottles. The same soap pump hasn't worked in the shower stall I use for weeks, probably months. It's really shocking that things are so consistently broken or unusable.Could you PLEASE make it part of your daily processes to check these things so they are full and usable? At the very least too, put signs saying they don't work. It shouldn't be above anyone's paygrade or job description to make the customer experience better. This same exact issue belongs with the Genesis I sometimes use on 144th and Maple. I've belonged to Planet Fitness where you pay far less for much better quality standards, where things are always working and stock is never low. Employees are constantly checking on these things.

The gym is very nice, with modern work out equipment and a friendly staff. The space is bag and there are spinning classes as well as yogo room. The cardio area is also nice
