Genesis Health Clubs - Aksarben

Passing through town & needed a gym that offered a day pass. Staff was super friendly & accommodating. Facility had a nice variety of equipment and was orderly and clean. It got the job done!

I usually go to the Papillion 84th street location which is usually very clean. Great gym and nice staff. However, the showers and sauna are nasty. They need the cleaning staff from the Papillion location.

Smells and feels gross. Only one spray bottle for 50+ cardio machines, which no one uses. Machines are outdated and/or broken. 3/4 of stair steppers do not work, including one that accelerates uncontrollably the moment you step on it and won't stop or slow down regardless of what buttons you push. Mentioned that to the front desk and they didn't even put up an "out of order" sign. I really don't know how they justify their rates. Huge waste of money.

Awesome staff here at this location. Their fitness manager is supsr motivated to help members and make sure people have the tools they need to reach their goals. I really love the atmosphere when catching a pump at aksarben

One benefit of joining Genesis is that you become a member for nearly all the locations. This is my preferred location because of the training staff, with whom I train once per week to keep me on track for my health and fitness goals. I like the variety of equipment and how the space it set up. I also enjoy the TVs everywhere, especially on the carido equipment. Staff is very friendly and helpful, as well as fellow members.

Used to be a member years ago and decided to come in on a guest pass , Tyler told me over the phone that it was fine to come work out for the day, so I drive all the way to the aksarben location and he says I can’t workout today unless I pay for a membership even tho I had a guest pass.This gym makes me sick, they are so unprofessional and a total waste of time. Thank you for reassuring me that this IS NOT the gym to belong to.

I love this gym. The equipment is new and well taken care of, the atmosphere is friendly and warm and the staff always treats you like family. I have had great experiences with Tyler. Whenever I’ve had a problem, he’s helped me tremendously and it’s been stress free. 10/10 recommend this gym and talking to Tyler if you have any questions or concerns.

I’ve been going to this location for a year now. I was on edge about getting a membership, but they convinced me to, and I’m super happy they did! It's definitely one of the top locations Genesis has in the Omaha Metro Area. The staff is super friendly and cares about their members. The equipment is newer, which I really like, and always clean. It is a smaller gym but still provides all the equipment you could need!It does get pretty busy around 5:30pm on weekdays, but I still can get my work out in no problem.

The staff and trainers have been all awesome to work with! The locker rooms are always so clean and well kept up. It’s a great place to spend your workouts.

I am loving the fitness classes at Genesis. Lauren, Yvette, and Markita are excellent instructors! The Aksarben location is great with knowledgeable, friendly staff. I’m often greeted by name and they are genuinely glad to help out with any questions I have. Highly recommend joining Genesis as you have access to multiple locations with a variety of weight rooms and classes within the metro area. This has been an excellent addition to enhance my healthy lifestyle!
