I’ve been coming to the Cass st location for 5 months now. Everyone is friendly, clean facility and usually never have to wait for a matching. Jolene always answers my questions and is very helpful

I've been going to this gym for a little over a year and a half. I've tried other locations, but the community here is undefeated and the staff is so welcoming. I love Kylie, Kryssy, And Lathe

I love working at Cass Kids Club! My coworkers make this job so much fun as well as our awesome families! Laiffe is the best director ever and makes working at kids club so enjoyable!

Solely focused on selling memberships. Not a well taken care of facility. Membership rules are confusing and frequently change.Since 2022, the water has been tasting and smelling like the shower drains in the locker room. This is incredibly concerning and if it’s not fixed soon, there needs to be an investigation. The owner of Genesis Health Clubs, Rodney Stevens, and his family needs to also be further investigated along with the crimes they have already been investigated for. This man is a stain on our community.

I did a trial visit here once in like 2016 and they're still texting and calling me in 2023 trying to get me to come back, even after I asked them to stop since I'd moved away

If I could give this gym negative 5 stars I would. Worse customer service ever. They steal money from your bank account. Save yourself a headache.

Get it on special..DEFINITELY not worth the contract or inflated prices...super old equipment left over from 24 hr fitness, half the tvs don't work and always dirty...no bluetooth...to watch TV you need wired buds or headphones,..pros..they are open 24hrs sometimes...they have a pool but if it's dirty like the gym...I'll pass...haven't seen other locations...I'll update

Well genesis is so terrific I don’t know where to start! They have so many different choices of equipment and styles of working out. The trainers are great atmosphere is terrific.
