I like the location but several of the treadmill have been out of service for a couple of months now. Up keep needs serious attention. Equipment that is working looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Staff is friendly but on their phones much of the time. Really gone downhill in the last year.

The gym and staff are quite nice overall but the women's locker room is extremely unsanitary and rundown and smells very dirty every time I go there. The benches in the locker room are peeling where people are supposed to sit. I am considering not using the locker room completely other than the sauna which is a nice feature. If someone could please clean the locker room much more and fix the benches, the experience would be better. Also the gym is very hot temperaturewise and needs better air conditioning.

Small Indian guy the size of my middle school brother was being a pain when I went it to try to cancel my membership. Bad customer service. Don’t sign up here definitely not worth the price old and trashy equipment. No towels either. Really just an example of money first type of gym. There are better gyms in Omaha that are half the price and have better equipment and hours.

Where do I begin? I spoke with the front desk in March of 2022; I shared that half of the light fixtures in the basketball court were not working. It is now January 2023, and they still have not been replaced. When speaking to the Club Manager over the phone in early December, he stated, "We will be fixing them next week." The lights still haven't been fixed, and the lack of care in this facility is unheard of; why do they charge an annual maintenance fee when many machines are inoperational and out of use for weeks on end? Also, turnover is high; since I've had a membership, there have been at least three different Club / Facilities Managers. The gym lacks cleanliness and maintenance. Often, the bathrooms are unsanitary and without paper towels or hand soap. I am utterly disappointed with the gym experience, and I would advise you to seek membership elsewhere.

Showers are out of 5 showers done to 2 and the rest are in very poor condition, see attached pictures. Manger has made several requests for major repairs. I feel like I am paying $4 per gallon and the station has got the system set up to only provide 75% for each gallon sold. I think I should be getting a full gallon that I paid for, wouldn't you? Staff are doing their jobs and maintaining things but they don't due plumbing.

The MOST painful experience I've ever had -- and not because I worked out. This gym is the embodiment of the classic painful sign up experience. Expect to be here for an hour to sign a simple contract and a card.Assistant Manager is unhelpful and enjoys the lengthy sign up process. Teach your staff and prevent errors for better customer service.Highly suggest upper management take a second look at the customer experience here.

Cardio theater room has not worked properly in nearly a year, the same elliptical is still not fixed since before covid. Free weights are at a minimum takes a while to complete workout waiting for them

Sept 27, 2022, called and spoke to a "manager" with a promise to return a call regarding my son, (disabled) who has tried to get out of his contract (to no avail only high pressure sales tactics, did I say he is disabled)? Eli was told he only had 4 more months to pay and it would be cheaper than a $100.00 cancellation fee" I do not know where this person learned math; however, the letter states he owes $208.32 due on 11/03/22. I will be filing with the BBB and the Attorney General Nebraska.If allowed, a zero star would have been appropriate.Predatory sales tactics !

TLDR: The carpet updates are nice, but you moved stuff I wish you wouldn't have, you have safety hazards and still haven't had updated your machines.Hey there! I've been going to this gym for a few months now and I love working with your trainers. However, you guys recently moved around some stuff and changed up where the little track was located on the first floor.When you started those renovations I thought "oh this will be great! They'll update some of the equipment finally! It's nasty and rusted and falling apart in places."But that didn't actually happen. You guys just replaced the carpet and the little padded track on the first floor.Your equipment is still rusting and not bolted to the floor. Sadge.When you moved my tiny track you made it harder for me and other people who used it to keep using it. It now lives between the weightlifting machines, and whenever we go to use it people walk through the space to move from one machine to another.I don't think your intention was to move it in such a way that it made it harder to use... But that is exactly what you did. Could we convince you to move the track back over by the trainer area? That way people aren't walking through it as much? Might I convince you to put up a survey to ask the people who use it to tell you what they think before you move it?If anything should have been moved, it's the equipment stacked in the back corner by the courts that is sitting in front of your fire extinguisher. Or putting a first aid kit out where it was easily accessible to trainers and staff. Those were the kinds of changes that I was looking forward to seeing, not replacing the carpet and moving things in a way that made it harder to work out.I like what this gym can offer, and I stay because your trainers are top-notch.But if my favorite trainer goes to a gym where the layout makes it easier for me to work out, I'm going to follow them there.

The lack of investment in this location is disappointing. The equipment is worn out and many of the features like the cardio theater aren't operational. It's a great gym when it's being taken care of and the pool ventilation issues getting fixed helped a lot. I continue to go because it's close, not because it's well kept.
