Bathroom is soap dispenser is broken in the womens bathroom. Always out of paper towels around the gym. If his was a 10$ a month gym I would not be this picky. Staff is always friendly though and welcoming that I will say

The pool water is too cold. The aquatic classes are good except for the water temperature. The other locations have warmer water. The water temperature is not good for joints, which is the main reason we do water aerobics. I swim laps also and I never get warm. Since Genesis bought this location, the pool area has gone downhill!

The gym has decent equipment however, the bathrooms are not clean and the locker rooms smell terrible. Staff was not at all concerned or attentive to customers. What am i paying a membership fee for. Many other locations have been run into the ground since Genesis has taken them over.

This gym is what happens when you take your customers for granted. They randomly change kids club hours then don't update it on their website. They've cut the kids club hours basically in half since I became a member. Every single one of the basketballs in the basketball court is 5 years old atleast and they are always flat. The upstairs portion is rarely clean. A real disappointment because before covid this was a pretty nice place to go.

My first day with Andrew. I came to the gym expecting to have to go it alone. I have just finished a long haul with PT and don’t want to lose what I’ve gained. Andrew was great helping me get started with balance and regaining strength. My spinal stenosis is not operable and it can’t be repaired, but I want to do my best to keep what I have. Really appreciated Andrew’s help and guidance this morning .

I had anxiety joining any gym. The equipment felt intimidating. I had no idea how to start, where to start and how much weights I should be using. So, I signed up for personal training sessions with Andrew. He is patient, encouraging, and walked me through the exercise machines documenting the number of reps, weights, etc. He also developed a custom plan just for me. After 12 sessions with Andrew, I felt confident going into the gym and knowing exactly what I need to work on to reach my goal.

I would like to publicly acknowledge to professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, and work ethic of my trainer, Mike Good. Being 75, I have had multiple health issues which make my physical training a challenge. Mike has tailored a program for me that meets my needs exactly. He prepares a written agenda for my workout in advance of every session. That being said, there are times when I have "issues" and cannot follow the plan. He is quick to adapt a new plan on the fly to address my need that day. His knowledge of muscular anatomy is evident. I have had close to 100 sessions with Mike and view him as a personal friend. In my opinion, if you want one of the best, ask for Mike Good.

Very impressed with this gym and it’s trainers! I’m currently training for an Ironman race and I like how I can train for all portions (run, bike & swim) at the same location. The morning cycle classes with Marlee are exactly what I need for my training because she keeps your heart rate up the whole time but keeps it fun! Morning bootcamp with Andrew is a great way to build strength and stamina, too!
