Genesis Health Clubs - Sprague

Heads up to the swimmers out there, I measured the pool after posting the best swim of my life and discovered it is only 22 yards. This isn't my go-to location so I wasn't aware there is no towel service. #oopsThe gym is otherwise really clean and nice - just be sure to ignore the sign that says the pool is 25 yards.***Edit*** - 22 yards is effectively 20 meters so you can still swim your 100s, it's just going to be one extra turn each time!

Great gym! Has everything and more! It’s huge, clean, and organized. Tons of natural light in many workout areas.Logan was extremely helpful in getting us set up. He set solid expectations from the start and continues to deliver a great customer experience!

Definitely a great atmosphere to focus on what you gotta do. Gym members were nice and there was a wide range of fitness experience. It was Martin Estrada that really had me feeling good when I visited though. You can tell this guy doesn’t just talk the talk, he walks the walk. If he’s not helping customers with questions, he’s having a genuine conversation with them while they lift, laughing and getting invited to hangout later. Great guy, seriously considering a membership in the future. Thx a lot

This location is top notch. Clean , all the right equipment, great management. I especially appreciate the boys in the office Logan , Bryce & Martin keeping me updated on different workout routines and daily motivation as I continue my fitness journey.They’ve also been extremely helpful in signing up some of my friends along the the. If your serious about your fitness go talk to the fellas. Thank you 🙏🏽

Going to Genesis and working with my trainer Jake H. has been such a great experience for me. I look forward to going to the gym, and I have never been a ‘gym’ person before. When you walk into the gym, you are immediately greeted by friendly faces. The kids club is a place my daughter and son truly love attending. The atmosphere is encouraging and everyone is always helpful and smiling! I cannot say enough good things about Genesis, or the employees!

My experience has been top notch right from the beginning of joining Genesis on Sprague. The facilities are completely updated, clean and Super functional. My favorite is the shake bar and the sauna. Staff are all highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Special shout out to Andrew Lorenz my trainer, every session has been solid, and I am already seeing results just a few weeks in!

Genesis Health Club Sprauge is a average to nice gym. It has a pool cardio movie theater half court basket ball lots of cardio equipment a racket ball court and more. The reason why I would give it a 3.5 of 5 (I rounded down to a 3) is the flooring on the 1st floor is in bad shape. Needs to be at the least cleaned if not replaced. Some equipment has rust spots and pads that are torn and could use being replaced. One stair machine in the cardio theater needed service as it was not operating as it should. Again not a bad gym if it’s close to you it’s worth going but there are other locations that are nicer and newer.

The cons far outweigh the pros here. Believe me—save your money and go to a Planet Fitness or similar venue and you’ll be happier. …

Andrew’s Saturday morning boot camp is a 10/10 and the best boot camp I’ve ever done in my life and I have done many! The only complaint I have is that sometimes there is not enough equipment to use that Genesis provides. I would love it if there were more equipment to use in this class. Thanks to Andrew for running an amazing class!
