Adam, was fantastic! He was showing two people around and stopped in the massage chair room and he was very enthusiastic about me and other stating how much they love the chairs and its worth the membership just for the chairs!

It's a nice gym, but it's a roach motel—easy to get in and hard to get out. You have to cancel in person, and if you want to cancel or change your membership package, you have to pay a steep fee.

On the phone with the agent 4 times since 01/2023 to cancel and submitted 4 separate NOCs, was told every time that my account was cancelled and my login is deactivated yet I’ve still been billed for the last 6 months and was informed today that my account was not ever cancelled nor was there any notice posted. What kind of scam is this?

EOS has been a great gym to go to, they have great atmosphere and the employees are all very nice. They have a great assortment of equipment and they're amenities like the shark tank and the sauna are great for after a workout

Best gym I’ve been to and it’s the perfect gym to start out with! I love going here!! Everything is so nice with the cheapest plan! Super great accommodations!

The equipment here is great, and it’s always clean. Unfortunately, due to that, it’s extremely crowded, filled with groups spending immense amounts of time on machines, and “influencers” constantly filming.Also, signing up is a nightmare. The sales staff is pretty scammy (coming from a sales person). I’d recommend just signing up online so you don’t have to deal with them.Lastly… I don’t understand why the music has to be soooo loud. 90% of us are wearing headphones and don’t want to hear it. Especially in the squat rack room.

Eos is my first major gym and I enjoy it! Brooklyn May and the entire staff are friendly and extremely encouraging. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a casual workout or to make major gains.
