I was forced to meet with Chase (the manager) to talk about me signing up (even tho i just wanted to try out the 7 day trial.) He is honestly a straight up bully, and will belittle you for not signing up. He should honestly be fired for how poorly he treats his customers. Good luck to anyone who joins this gym.

Such a great gym with awesome staff! Chase helped me out with starting my membership and made my first experience so comfortable! Very friendly and encouraging!

We worked with Taylor and she was awesome. We had a bad experience at another gym with tons of hidden fees, and Eos was a lot more up front and not nearly as pushy about plans and pricing. Absolutely recommend. Freat staff, great facilities.

I signed up the same day I walked in after working with Drew. From a personalized and transparent overview to ensuring my needs and concerns were addressed - Drew was phenomenal! I'm sure I asked and re-asked 25+ questions, each Drew answered with care and empathy. I am amazed by the amount of equipment, affordability, and amenities included in my membership. Drew invested their time into my fitness journey and helped me invest in myself. I'll be starting personal training this week which includes nutritional coaching through Betr and work out plans for times I'm at the gym myself! Thank you Drew and the EOS Fitness Team for such a great first impression!

We worked with Danny who was super helpful! Showed us the gym and did a fantastic job of educating us about the offerings there and different memberships. Super excited to start getting in shape with Eos!

Been a member since they opened last fall. Excellent customer service and clean equipment. The gym can get overcrowded during peak hours, but that’s expected with two universities so close. The best part is ending your workout with the massage chairs.

I signed up before the gym opened. I got an earlybird price, so I pay $17.15 a month for the highest membership. I don't know what they're charging people now. The gym used to be nice when I first started going, but now it's overcrowded all the time. Personal training costs $68 for 2 half-hour sessions. I signed up for 4 months (8 payments) of training and told my trainer I only wanted to do the 4 months. I was surprised to see that I had been charged 12 times. I've missed a number of training sessions due to sickness or my trainer moving to another state. I'll probably be charged 2 more times. We'll see if they'll be nice and reimburse me or choose to strictly follow the contract. I get it, it's totally legal to follow the contract, although it also shows that they don't care for their customers. I'll make sure to update this with their response.

Taylor was absolutely fantastic! She was clear in explaining each membership and helping us choose the best plan for our family. She was also so patient and kind with our 18 month old during our appointment. I would recommend her to anyone! Very fast and easy to sign up.

Andrew Graham showed us around today and really took the time to address all of our questions. He made us feel comfortable and welcome at the gym which can be an intimidating place. We are excited to start working out at EOS!

I LOVE this gym. Im trying to convert all my friends. Even when the parking lot is full, it doesn’t feel as crowded as it should and I can almost always find equipment or space. It is also very clean (I’ve had staff members clean a treadmill while I was using it lol). And the pool/hot tub are amazing!
