Although I had high hopes for EOS Gym when I first signed up, my experiences thus far have been extremely disappointing. Firstly, when I inquired about the slowest times to visit, the recruiter was not forthcoming about the gym's true level of busyness. As a result, I have consistently found the gym to be crowded during every visit.Moreover, I have specifically visited the gym four times to utilize the hot tub, only to find it either ice-cold or out of order. When I attempted to voice my concerns to the manager Chase, I was met with a level of rudeness that was truly shocking. Chase denied that the hot tub had been out of order prior to this week, essentially accusing me of lying. This behavior was completely unacceptable and suggests that the gym is not genuinely committed to addressing customer concerns.To make matters worse, Chase was smug and unhelpful throughout our conversation. He refused to take responsibility for any of the gym's shortcomings, instead placing the blame on me for not doing a trial or for signing a contract. I understood why they were not able to provide a refund, but I feel the situation and my concerns were handled extremely poorly. His lack of empathy or willingness to help in any way has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with my experience at EOS Gym.Overall, I would caution anyone considering this gym to be wary of their misleading practices and poor customer service. The broken hot tub and the deceitful behavior of their recruiters are major red flags that should not be overlooked.

Long post, main issues:Customer service, understanding customer needs, timeliness, and attentivenessAll I really wanted was a trial which was perfect for my circumstance, I wanted to get straight to signing up for the 7 day trial, but the rep was trying to upsale the place I was consistent on just wanting to sign up for the 7 day and get on with my friends to workout only to find out they only take local ID (which was my mistake for missing). They then offered promotions for memberships without being upfront on how much I’d be actually paying.I know it seems like an overreaction, but it would be okay if I wasn’t held for so long (even after setting things up online), watching people pass by the desk without scanning, a lack of urgency for my wait, and the member chuckling at me when correcting me on the local ID requirement.

I first came in to cancel my membership but chase came up to me and my life was changed. He was such a chill dude and he really made me feel comfortable with the gym. He showed me around and I changed my mind and decided to go with the black card membership. He was so chill and laid back. Definitely recommend talking to him!!!

I put a 3 star because I didn’t want to sign up today. But I’m order to get the deal I had to sign up today. It would be nice if we had a choice and option to still get the deal. Oh well. Nice people that work there. I’m ready to start getting fit and feel my best at the age I am at. I love that it’s a month to month membership. There are a couple things that would be nice if it didn’t exist but that’s ok. It will be a great thing and can’t say I’m happy about it yet as I’m not starting right away.

Drew gave a great tour of the gym and made me feel very comfortable. they were not pushy to try to sell me a membership, but were able to give me lots of information to help me find the right membership for me. All the staff are super friendly, the gym is clean and they have good equipment I would definitely recommend this gem to any friend that asks.

Chase was excellent from introductions, tour, and the closing of our interaction. Explained equipment use, featured rooms, and various benefits of potentially becoming a member. Tactfully offered current membership discounts with no pressure and the no-hassle cancellation option. I was easily setup with a free trial and enjoyed the visit.

I called to cancel my membership after moving to another state on short notice, and Chase was quick to help me through the process! How considerate they were of me and my time says a great deal about this establishment and their relationship with customers. Chase was professional and caring throughout our entire conversation, and he even offered to put a hold on my account so I could keep the rate they offered as a part of their grand opening. I wish I could stay, but I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a new membership!

Gabe helped my husband and I with a tour of the gym and was super awesome and great to talk to! Super friendly and helpful to answer any questions that we had. Had a fun, upbeat attitude and even stuck around more than 30 minutes after his shift to make sure we were all set up. Bria, at the front desk, was also super sweet and greeted everyone who came into the gym. Super glad I chose this gym!! Everyone, including the customers are super nice and friendly.
