off to slow start, bought a gift card for our son and they can't activate it . weird it takes days to get the membership up and running. also, they are month to month but charge $50 after two months to lock in the price and $50 to cancel before 6 months so not really month to month. That was brought up after the fact.Update:Often no parking and husband parked on side where everyone always parks because there are no parking spaces. $400. For tow. Vasa admits that people get towed there often. Put up more signs!

We've been continually getting charged additional fees from child care. Even when our kids we're signed in correctly, we would still get charge fees. On my Vasa app I still have my wife's picture on it from when child care tried to merge my account with my wife's and they have no idea how to fix it.We we're very frustrated with no one helping and that they kept messing up our account and getting charged more fees.Someone in corporate finally helped us out and gave us a free month of child care. About a month and a half after that, the manager of the Orem gym Brent, walked up to my wife in the lobby and cancelled her membership. He explained he was upset my wife had not called him back about the issue. My wife had been dealing with the issue the whole time but I did not realize that Brent had been calling my phone. This is how clueless the Vasa gyms are.Even after we had everything resolved through email with corporate, this guy walks up to my wife randomly after my wife checked in one day and says he's cancelling her membership. We never called the guy back because the issue was resolved.There's no phone number for corporate so you have to send in an email. To date, no one has called whatsoever. I had to email a few times before someone would respond.EOS gym is so much better than Vasa by far.

Never enough parking. Parked on side like many others do everyday.. Got towed for fee of $400. Vasa’s response ,” people get towed here all the time” Um, how about a warning or better signs then since you know this keeps happening.The gym is good, often a little crowded but overall good.The towing problem is lame !

Just wanted to write a quick review saying I love the staff here. Specifically my daily “goodbyes” EVERY SINGLE TIME. Most gyms you go to the workers greet you with a welcome. But not always do a get a goodbye. And this staff does every time. I know it’s something small but it deserves 5 stars.

Huge, clean, brand new state of the art facility at a reasonable price!

A lot of broken machines. Only one scale in the entire gym, and it has to be unlocked by an employee anytime someone wants to use it.

Always clean, their kidcare girls are so sweet with my toddler, parking is horrendous no matter when you go

Definitely one of the bigger and full services locations I've been to. All the amenities you can think of and more. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.Greg is the best sensei ever!

Awesome gym. Just alittle overcrowded. Had to wait for the person to finish his workout like almost every single weight lift spots . But had some motivation.

Ever since my wife and I signed up we've had nothing but issues with Vasa. We have been getting charged over and over for additional child care fees. My wife would schedule child care for my kids however far in advance, and then if I checked them in the day of, they couldn't ever find the reservation so they would have to do it manually. So they first tried syncing our memberships and apparently that hasn't worked either. We have been getting charged for it over and over. Each and every time child care says it's no issue, you won't get charged. And then we see additional charges on our bank statements. We've expressed our frustration to them however no-one really seems to have any idea of how to resolve the matter, and child care will tell you something different every time. We eventually received some help from someone at their corporate who extended a free month of child care.And then about a month and a half later, after corporate extends the free month of child care, some manager at the Orem gym Brent approaches my wife after checking in. He proceeds to tell my wife that he is suspending her from all Vasa's for expressing her previous frustration to day care.So your gym makes the mistakes, we pay for it, and then when we express frustration for not resolving the issue my wife gets suspended for it? This is not ok. Never in my life have I had an experience like this with a gym or any other type of establishment.
