I requested to freeze my account due to covid, they did not alert me when it unfroze and kept charging me. I explained I am a high risk and do not want to touch any equipment. They did not provide me a refund. They did not communicate through email when they restarted my payments. They are not taking health serious in their facility.

My wife and I were working out at another commercial gym that competes with PF. When that gym lost control of the mask mandate, and 30-50% of members were just ignoring the mandate, I decided to shop around. This gym in particular stood out as one where folks could get a good workout, and be with people who are being respectful and keeping one another safe. I think we all should be doing that. Frankly, the management deserves credit as I know from discussions with one of the trainers that management is quite insistent on this point.In terms of the quality of the gym, it's got what most people are going to need. It's definitely not a "bodybuilding" gym, I can appreciate that. But with that said, for me it's shy of 5 stars as I think having at least one piece of equipment for heavy quad work would be a good addition. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could. But otherwise it suites my exercise needs quite well. Also worth pointing out that the bathrooms are exceptionally clean, and the gym floor is neat in general. The gals at the front desk walk around the place regularly and clean up weights that have been left on the smith machines, move benches back into place, etc ...

Staff is very unprofessional. They spend most of their times on there phones. Covid guidelines are completely ignored. Staff even used equipment then processed not to clean any equipment they use. Very disappointed but what do you expect for a planet fitness!

Every employee I have had contact with is pleasant and helpful. The location is in an area I don't feel uncomfortable with going to at any hour. The equipment is operational and they take efficient safety measures for COVID.

I Never been a member to a fitness gym, and I was very skeptical, what was very attractive was the fee, amazingly prized for such a wonderful place to workout, and get back into a healthy lol!!I'm a 68 year woman and I need to stay fit, and healthy. And what better place then this easy to get to, as well as friendly place.
