The Palatine location is very clean and well maintained. Tim and Jim (At the time) (And the current morning crew) kept the place always clean, sanitized, and safe. Tim and Jim were very friendly, always welcoming and professional. World class service. High praises to both of them. I go to planet fitness at least 5-6 times a week feeling safe and knowing I’m receiving the best service there.
