The usual experience at planet fitness is one of respect, cleanliness, with an atmosphere of individuals trying to better themselves.Sadly, today was not one of those days. I was in the facility from 10:15pm-11:30pm on September 22, 2021.The reason I am writing this review is because during my workout I noticed not one, not two, but many people walking around without masks on or having their masks under their chins. This happened throughout the entirety of my workout. I figured I would wait till the end of my workout to bring this to the attention of the attendant(s) working. To my surprise I also noticed the attendant walking around without a mask. Currently, both local and state governments have mask mandates for indoor facilities.Once I approached the desk the attendant put their mask on. To give you an idea of the scenario there were three people at the desk all mask less (2 people who didn't look affiliated with PF). I kindly let the attendant know that there were at least 3 people for an extended period of time working out without a mask. I also expressed my disappointment to the attendant as I noticed they were walking around without a mask as well. I stated to the attendant that they are the example around here and that I was disappointed that both himself and many other individuals in the gym were working/working out without masks. They were silent. I wished them a goodnight and proceeded to exit the facility.I wish that me exiting the building was the end of my encounter. However, as I was nearing the door of the facility the individual attendant and the people they were talking to burst out laughing.Everyone deserves to workout in place where they feel safe, free of ridicule, and judgement. Good variety of equipment and areas to exercise. Clean and friendly staff.

Great place, too work out if you are not looking for hardcore gym.... friendly staff, not too crowded

Clean and friendly staff. Usually the mundeliene location gets pretty busy though. My go to on a day I need to hit the gym late at night and that is a great time. Low amounts of people.

Clean & friendly.They really walk the talk here at this place... I had some trouble with the locker and they still helped me figure it out even after a couple times getting locked out!

The workers that are here to provide excellent service. Do exactly that. They help keep the place clean and hospitable. The equipment they use is amazing and well maintained. Overall, the people that come here are all nice, friendly, and have good intentions.

I was worried about going to the gym during these trying times. But PF has it figured out. Very clean, not super crowded. The staff works hard to ensure the safety and health of all its customers. Highly recommend.
