Jim LaPointe is abusing his "power" over the gym members. I am very unhappy with his behavior which has resulted in me cancelling all of the memberships in my household. I will be speaking to the general manager of the Schaumburg location on Saturday to discuss further.

Biggest bang for your buck as far as fitness centers are concern. Brand new equipment, clean faculty, friendly staff, free personal training, love the 30 min Circuit and PF 360 concepts!

I’ve been joining health clubs and gyms for the past 30 years, planet fitness is the best of both worlds and you cannot beat the price and the hours. this one in particular in Palatine is massive all brand new equipment some pieces I’ve never seen before awesome staff I’m so happy it’s local

I cannot rave enough about this specific planet fitness. From the managers to the hourly staff, everyone is extremely friendly, highly responsive, and organized. I have been a member of three different PF’s in the past, and this location blows them all out of the park. Not to mention, they keep the premises extremely clean and have handled this pandemic brilliantly. This is the best PF around, and I would recommend everyone and anyone to join!

This is definitely not the gym where I will be investing my hard earned money! Highly disappointed in the customer service. Cancelled membership!
