Clean, friendly, courteous staff and members. The facility is well-equipped. There’s enough equipment so you’ll never need to wait. There is a true sense of “no judgment” No matter your size, shape, age, fitness level, gender, ethnicity you will feel welcomed and encouraged. I’ve been to multiple clubs over 50 some years, and I can assure you, the excuses to toss in the towel on your fitness journey stop here!

The price is very affordable. There is a lot of gym eqipment, from free weights, weight machines, and aerobic equipment. I like that there are mostly two of each weight machine, so there is no wait to use one. The facility is extremely well maintained and is spotless. The manager there is fantastic. I see him working so hard supervising the staff. He is also busy keeping the place in top shape. This is our second year as members. Before this new manager came, the facility was dirty. The machines were dirty and needed new pads. There were never any towels in the cleaning stations. But this guy really got it in top shape. I have now recommended it to friends and family.
