horrible horrible. apparently, since i'm not quite 18, i'm supposed to have a parent sign saying i can come. it's dumb since i will be in a few months, but is ultimately not the problem. no where in the sign in process does it state this WHATSOEVER, and the only sign posted was stating children under 13 must be accompanied. so i wasted my morning and my gas, to only just be told this. not to mention it was brought to my attention in a very rude way. the lady had so much attitude for no reason and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience and just glared at me until i walked out. reading the other 1 star reviews on here i see a lot of people have issues with the rude staff here.i will likely be canceling my membership as i do not want to go to a place with such rude staff and lack of communication on their policies.

Needs the Jungle Gym, lots of treadmills and elliptical. For weights and body work not much is here.
