There is a female worker there who voices her negative opinion towards things instead of leaving people be . From the way a builder eats . To the way they walk after a heavy lift her exact words with a nasty look were “ why do you walk like that it’s weird “ . I had zero issues letting the comments and the stares go but the it’s uncomfortable and uncalled for it would have been understandable if it was a genuine question taken the wrong way but it was simply her having a negative view an needing to voice it because she just blantly stared when she got a response back from the rude comment . So much for a no judgement zone .

Judging by the reviews, it seems like the people's main issue is the professionalism of the staff. Luckily for my wife and myself, we do not have those issues because we only come to the gym to work out. One of our main issues for why we stopped coming to the gym is because of cleanliness. The floors of the gym look like it hardly sees a broom. Alot of long strands of shedded hair on the floor makes it very uncomfortable and uneasy to do any exercises that include mats or floor work in general. It's disgusting to say the least. My wife and I can't even do Cardio or Abdominal exercises without being covered in hair. If the floors of the gym was swept on a constant basis, maybe my wife and I would consider getting our membership back.

Ya went here a few weeks ago, late for the review but I didn’t forget. As soon as me and my fiancé walked in, a female and male at the counter were just staring awkwardly at me and I felt very judged. They didn’t greet properly and weren’t professional. I drove almost 20 minutes to sign up to get told “it’s easier if you to use our app and sign up yourself”. Are you telling me I just drove 20 min to sign up just to get told that I should sign up online because it’s MORE convenient for you? I drove home with tears in my eyes. That specific day was not the greatest for me, and that whole situation didn’t help. Work on not judging with looks and actually being professional whether it’s convenient or not. I wish I would’ve gotten their names to report. The most I remember is the guy talked a bit feminine, no hate but that’s the only thing I remember to maybe help identify who it was. Don’t come here. It’s not judge free like it use to be. They gave me the “nobody cares unless you pretty, popular, or dying” vibes.

Clean environmet, friendly employees and safe accepting space. Great how there is so many different machines and various equipment that allow me to try new things. Have not once felt judged or uncomfortable in this space.

This place is wonderful, the employees are welcoming and helpful. They are allowing kids to come and workout for free. I know kids can be a pain in the backside sometimes, but I'm happy to see them there doing something positive and healthy and not out causing trouble. I think it's a great service to the community. Great job Planet Fitness!

Now this is how you run a planet fitness. Open 24/7 like it should be, easy sign in for massage, bathrooms are clean. One of the best that ive been to throughout the country, good job.

I’ve been going to planet fitness for ten years. Usually I like it. Lately wanna be boxers are there dancing around the machines instead of actually using them. It’s probably just me but it’s seriously annoying especially when it’s hard to get a smith machine already. Then there’s the guy punching the little rubber ball hanging from his head. That thing is flying all over the place. Go to a boxing gym. Ok I’m done venting.

Three stand-up tanning booths, nice and clean. I really appreciated the foam floor mat! It makes stepping out so much easier for an old lady!

Looking for a great overall, clean, and nice place to workout at Planet Fitness is where to go. Staff here is super kind. They have so many extra amenities. The location is not to busy to get in and out at this Brunswick Location.

I recently joined Planet Fitness and couldn't be happier with it. I mainly go to the Brunswick location. It is clean, friendly, and welcoming. Giovanna, one of the managers, is a pleasure to work with. She is friendly and genuinely interested in the entire experience for the clients. We went tonight and she was working at the front counter as well as a young man. Both were simply exceptional. The vibe they all give off makes me want to go back sooner than later. Thank you for all you do.
