4.5 actually. I've been pumping iron there consistently for months. Clean, friendly staff, a lot of cleaning stations. Only issue is at the cleaning station they need be more aware of the paper towels or check more often because they seem to always be empty. 💪 …

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the staff at my location. I was in the locker room and an employee came in, shut all of the open lockers and looked at my daughter changing her bra. The employee should have wiped out the lockers, we were told that the employees wipe out the locker if you leave it open. My embarrassed daughter questioned why the employee didn't wipe out the locker. The staff had no answer until a female stated that they are wiped out at the end of the day. That's not good enough for me. The employees don't clean anything, they stand behind the counter and that's about it. Upon leaving, no one said anything to us.

Charged me double, then late fees for the 2 charges they said they'd remove & refused to remove them. Idk, no one knows what is going on. Is convenient to work but I'd rather just go to one where they're on top of things & do what they're supposed to. Blah.

Everyone is always nice and minds their business when I try to get a workout in. That’s all I could really ask for lol. Very disappointed in my experience today. I have been apart of the gym for over a year now. While changing in the locker room, I experienced a staff member walk in, slam 3 lockers closed, and look at me while I was changing. Extremely disturbing. I proceed to the front desk after because I was confused. I was told when I signed up to leave all lockers open that I'd used so they could get wiped out. I started to explain this to who I believe was the manager and was rudely interupted by the staff member I watched slam the lockers state "they're wiped at the end of the day" how is that clean? When is the end of the day? I witnessed garbage around the gym and people NOT wiping down machines.

How friendly and clean the place is . How there are many accessible machines to choose . All of them are working . No out of order signs . Great to see how this particular facility keeps up with that.
