This Planet Fitness is definitely a no judgment zone that others are not. It’s like an actual gym gym and not a show and tell for skimpy workout clothing and definitely not the typical Instagram model look at me I’m on my phone and not working out posting people. The staff is super friendly and helpful and is not just standing behind the desk on their phones.

Planet fitness is a great gym for the price like 23$ a month for the use of everything in the gym. I have been in about 6 different PF the one on snow road is very clean and the staff is great. Overall if you're looking to start working out it's a good place to start.

The staff is friendly. I know that there trained to greet everyone that enters the door but most of them seem genuinely eager to talk. Machines, locker rooms and showers appear to be clean (I still use shower shoes). Most of the equipment seem to be in good condition ( I don't use them all). Its located near Aldi and Giant Eagle so I can pickup something healthy instead of Dunkin' or McDonald's which are nearby too.

All of the staff is so friendly, the gym is always clean, and its a welcoming environment in the sense that the "No Judgement Zone" really is a place where I can learn exercises, make progress, and even not be so great at lifting weights (but getting there!) without feeling self conscious. My Planet Fitness is a place where I can walk in and immediately enter a positive mood, even if I'm coming in after a hard day at work.

I love this gym. I started going with my Mom in January, and they take safety precautions. Every other machine is blocked off to give everyone distance while exercising, there are disinfecting stations everywhere to wipe off equipment and clean your hands. Everyone is always very respectful of others and their space. Great staff members.

Friendly staff, great location, and enough machines so you don’t have to wait. Hydromassage and chair massage are amazing after a workout!

I've been going to this gym since it opened. The staff is always polite. The gym is always very clean, which matters more during this pandemic.

Girl at the front counter on 7-29-20 was extremely rude to my girlfriend. Payment came out of the account one week ago , yet the account is on hold? And when we were told to call the home Elyria Planet Fitness their system is conveniently down. Definitely will not be renewing and will definitely not recommend the Parma location.

Love the whole 24hrs. After leaving LA fitness due to their hrs, I was very impressed with this location. Clean bathrooms and facility and the amount of Machines is a super deal for the price!
