I hate going to this gym because no one monitors the 30 minute express zone. The 30 minute express is actually over an hour because you spend about 5 minutes waiting for people using just some of the the machines. At one point there was every single machine being used by people who were not doing the circuit. Then there was a guy doing push ups in the middle of the circle where you are supposed to do the step ups leaving no room for anyone to use any of the 10 stations. Get some employees that care.

Well this a first, two issues! First this is a credit only location. Charging a dollar for a bottle of water. I see lost revenue and not a smart move for management/ownership. Second this gym lacks equipment that other PF have. Not impressed with this location, especially knowing that this location is fairly new. Can’t wait to get back to my home gyms. I’ll be heading to the other location tomorrow from here on out. Best of luck with this location! Lol

I go to Planet Fitness early in the morning around 5 a.m. The staff is respectful and knowledgeable. The clientele keep their social distance well and wear their masks appropriately and everyone cleans their machines after every use. I feel safe exercising there.

If there was an zero star review I would give it. We been working out at the Garfield location for the last year with no issues. Great clean club and great staff. We were excited to hear they were building this location as it’s a lot closer. Well upon arrival today we were greeted with the worst customer service ever. Joseph and Alyssa definitely need to be trained on how to treat and understand customers and I know where they get it since the General Manager Katie was just as bad and like other guest review on here had the same issue with Katie. So sad for an new gym to be ran like this. With today’s competition of places to go you won’t be in business long. I would not waste my time at this club go to Garfield location. You will be treated a lot better

With all of the new machines and equipment this is the nicest Planet Fitness and I have ever been to. Huge locker rooms and friendly staff!

The staff is super friendly, laid back, and helpful. The gym it's self is pristine and I love going there. Possibly the best PF in North East Ohio right now.

Went in today ,the girl Katie at the desk acts smug about existing memberships and makes sure people know she is in charge. Rude to the max. Not at all interested in Planet fitness workers that act like know it all's. Katie just learn to be kind and not arrogant.

I love Planet Fitness! I joined because my gym closed. It took no time to really appreciate everything PF has to offer. Especially all the locations, now there is one almost around the corner from home. Thanks for being so on top your game 😉 …

My family and I went in yesterday 7/9/19 around 4-5pm. We were unfortunately greeted by Katie at the front desk. Terrible person to have as the face for this location, especially since it’s new and hasn’t established a large customer base like the other locations. She is such a rude person and very condescending. We explained to her that we were interested in taking a look around and maybe getting a free day pass (as listed online) so that we could be sure this was a good fit for us before we commit as members. She responded saying we had to pay $20 to work out for one day. So I explained to her that online it said we could get a free day pass. She shrugged (literally) and said “well go head and do that then, I don’t just have free stuff to give out.. those are random.” Besides this, she was rude overall, less than helpful and seemed to intentionally make things harder. It really felt like she treated us like children who were there to play around. It was clear she did not want us as customers. She did not give us a tour even though we clearly expressed wanting one. However the next person who came received a tour. We had to figure everything out on our own. I live very close by which is why I came to check this out and even brought the whole family so we could join. Planet fitness lost 4 customers plus whoever we may have referred. Planet fitness be more mindful of who you have as the face of your locations. Terrible first impression!

Clean. New. Spacious. Helpful staff. Nice equipment. I see no problems here. glad I got the membership no regrets. My only warning is watch driving in during construction as people don’t seem to understand the parking lot lanes are one way let alone which way is correct :/
