My wife and I are ONYX members and we also have signed up for group training. This facility has everything you need to get into whatever shape you want to be in. The trainers are top notch (Zach) and will get you to where you want to be. No sugar coating how you feel or talking in the classes. Just go hard for a solid hour in courses that truly work on every muscle in your body. The first full week is hard and you feel like you want to give up, but push through it and you'll get to where you want to be! Going into week 4 now! Worth every penny!

I signed up not realizing masks weren’t required I didn’t have a vaccine at the time and told Shane I would like to cancel after they called me about 15 times after I signed up! He basically said no i’m not allowed to cancel not caring about the fact that I was looking out for my own safety. They charged me for the membership and now that I have a vaccine I felt comfortable to go. This location is pointless as the steam room never works. I have been a member at LTF since the 2005 and never been harassed by a worker as much as the ones here! They are like car salesman it’s almost annoying. They never gave us a tour of the place either which makes sense bc most things are out of order!

A gym without water is a health hazard but off course most gym make you sign a waiver that says they are not liable for anything that happens to you. I love lifetime and have been a long time member but this no water business is a failure. The boil water notice is not a no water excuse so if they open their doors, they must do so safely and members are paying full price so at the very least, should have water at their disposal. This is not a $10 or $20 monthly gym so rated the bar please!

More than just a gym. This place is a true "health club" that offers something for everyone at every age level. Love the lap pool, saunas and cafe that offers WiFi and work areas if needed. The Life Spa makes it easy to get personal care, too. The app and online classes are convenient and helpful when I'm not able to get to the facility. Definitely worth joining!

Was in town for work and visited this Life Time. The steam room is the best I have ever been in. Clean and nice equipment. The front desk was amazingly helpful.

The staff made it very difficult to freeze my membership, so I decided to cancel, have been waiting several days for them to process my request only to be told I need to pay for one more month past the date I needed to cancel.... try not to scare me away for good lifetime I mean I was planning on coming back but this location has totally left a sour taste in my mouth...

I've read some of the bad reviews and it sounds like people didn't read their contract. This place is UUUUHHH MAZING. They truly have everything and the staff are friendly and the place is clean. I have been a member of so many different gyms and this place isn't a gym it's a FITNESS RESORT. Of course it's expensive, but you get what you pay for and it's worth every dime. Chayne (I think that's how you spell it) got us signed up and everyday we see him, my wife son and I, he greets us by name. During peak hours there is still enough equipment. These other gyms like planet fitness, peak hours are awful barely even standing room. I suggest getting a membership here. It's worth the money. The wife and I stopped paying for cable to utilize our membership more and it is worth it.

If you're the type of person to spend money just because you can this can be the place for you. Cost wise you'll be spending double or up to quadruple for a membership here over other nice gyms. I had been going to the gym for a while now and was tired of using Planet Fitness and wanted more from a gym membership so I was okay with paying a little more than $23/mo. I came across lifetime... $110/mo... I'm open minded so I got a free trial and I liked the gym, it's huge! It's clean and it's spacious. Dont go during peak hours. DO NOT GO DURING PEAK HOURS. It seems like there is a lot to do but here's the biggest problem. They charge for everything! I was a little shocked to find out that the $110/mo is basically saying you can walk through the doors and use the equipment. Want to take a class? Fees. childcare? Fees. Events? Fees. I decided to go to South shore fitness center instead, it's still upscale and a large gym with almost the same amenities (no cool outside pool or bar) but for almost half the price your money goes a long way. Sorry lifetime. But I'm really not.

I don't know if they just worked on customer service or something but my husband and my experience signing up was easy and fast. It is expensive but the facility is nice and there are so many classes. I have no problem with reserving a spot for cycling or whatnot and the classes are fun and have variety to them. This gym makes my husband and I excited to work out actually. Will have to see if it will continue being that way though :).
