Without a doubt, the best gym I've ever been in. Plenty of space, enough equipment for beginners and snobs like me, patrons always rerack their weights, and absolutely NO noise police. All that for 10-15 dollars a month makes it the greatest place to train in the South Florida region.

The gym is very clean and has good equipment. The staff is very nice and the trainers are awesome especially Armando. Alexa's yoga class is great and the amount of different variety of classes they offer is pretty damn good. Yoga. Kickboxing, ZUMBA, and more! Highly recommended especially if you're a goal chaser.

I have been a member of Crunch for over a year with no issues.I recently came in to talk to the “new manager” Stephanie Nieves about a $15 late fee on my account to see if could be waved .I have been a member for a long time and have all intentions of continuing with my membership ,I tried to explain. The manager Stephanie said there’s nothing she can do and I quote :I am MORE than welcomed to CANCEL my membership ! That I’m clearly not satisfied with the service .”I had NO previous intentions of cancelling my membership until it was rudely brought up to me by the manager .I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior and disregard for customer service! This is a place of business and when you’re dealing with customers instead of attacking and harassing, you should try to help the members of Crunch.A few weeks after I came in to cancel my membership with a friend ( feeling unwelcome and embarrassed ). I was informed “I need to cancel within 30 days of my billing it’s in my agreement“ which would be completely okay if it wasn’t for disrespect and harassment from manager Stephanie Nieves i experienced weeks before and That day in front of my friend ! I expect for my membership to be cancelled right away !She also mentioned how” I could try and call corporate but the complaint would go back to her and I’ll be send to collections.

Pembroke Pines Crunch, I take the time to write because it does not seem fair to me that I notify the personal trainer Armando that I could not continue for personal reasons, that please cancel my membership and he tells me that he could offer me some alternatives but if my decision was to cancel there would be no problem because he already knew my intention. With 10 days left, I send him a message to confirm the cancellation and he tells me that I must go and sign and that there would be no problem. The following week he wrote me that he had made a mistake and that the payment is going to be processed and there is nothing to do, he only had to give me two more classes, I went to speak with his boss Rashad who never had the intention of helping me nor to evaluate my case because it was within 10 days and the debit was in process. Even though I had already notified my cancellation before the established 10 days, I understand that we can make mistakes, but in what I do not agree that it is I as a client who must pay for the mistakes of others, and that nobody can do anything, I have sent my case in several ways for it to be reconsidered since the money was debited from my account, even though it was not budgeted, but I have not had any response. I really feel attacked by the position of the department manager by not paying attention to the case.

First time going to this gym, very good first impression I wanted to try this gym out since I just moved in the are. Stephanie the GM was very nice and gave me 3 day free pass. The facility was very clean and masks were worn the entire time.

I have been to so many different gyms, this one tops them all. Especially if you're a little intimidated to go. The people here are like a big family and make you feel so welcome. No lie, even after working out at home for a couple of months, I was terrified to go to the gym. As soon as I walked in the door I got a friendly "HELLO, WELCOME". I could tell there was a smile under the mask! The classes are great, coaching is amazing, they have everything you need to achieve any fitness goal!! Hands down the most friendly gym I've ever been too!!!!

Crunch in Pines is an all around great gym! Everyone is very nice, the staff is absolutely phenomenal. They have the best quality in machines and equipment. Everything is always clean and put together. I enjoy how dedicated the trainers are to their trainees! I’ve gone to many gyms, but Crunch is by far my favorite.

I have never had so many issues with a gym before. Do not sign up for their personal training. It is such a rip off and you have 10 days to cancel before they recharge or they refuse to refund you your money. There is a $10 fee to cancel your gym membership and even if you cancel after only being a member for 2 months you are responsible for the annual fee which is $78??If you are trying to get any answers in regards to billing good luck. Rashad the PT manager never returns phone calls. I had to go in person in order to get some answers.I was so looking forward to joining this gym when they first opened. It is such a let down. This gym has deterred me from joining any other gyms by having such a horrible experience. Save yourself the headache and learn from my experience. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!

Honestly, I love the atmosphere of this gym and the staff is great Girls at front desk are amazing but I give it a 3 star rating because of some of the rules. What gym doesn’t allow members to bring gym bags to workout and hold all necessary equipment but the staff have bags all over the floor. Not to mention, i wouldn’t be upset about gym bag rule if it wasn’t for staff member stealing my equipment when they removed my belongings from the locker for keeping it overnight. Only half of my stuff showed up in their office the next day. Asked multiple times for contact from a manager and never heard anything. It is what it is, a $20 gym. Still love it here though and would recommend to anyone looking for a budget gym.UPDATE: my issue is regarding a past manager not the current. Stephanie (current GM) is amazing and knows how to run the gym. This is more just a piece of advice to watch your stuff and do not leave items in locker overnight. There is a sign saying so however I was mislead by an employee who told me it was ok.

Great gym, I signed up for the Cross functional training zone and the 2 Olympic platforms. There's a ton of barbells around for all your training. The fitness classes are great - from HIIT, yoga, TRX, to dance-like Zumba classes. The staff and members are friendly and helpful. A nice fitness community!
