Crunch Fitness - Pembroke Pines

Crunch Fitness in Pines is the best gym around with the friendliest and most welcoming staff in the biz. From the moment you enter someone is greeting you and telling you to have a great workout. Have to give a shout out to Armando my trainer as he definitely knows what he is doing from nutritional facts to workout routines. If you are looking for fitness results and someone to keep you motivated come check him out!! #Dedication 10/10

Great gym great staff, only issue is they always book two classes at the same time so both yoga room and turf are always taken for classes AT THE SAME TIME. I don't know where they expect people to do abs and what not but I guess on the dirty floor in the way of every one is the only option🤷 …

Beware! Management is a bunch of crooks. They’ll charge you for services far in advance without authorization and tell you it will be credited for future use. When you need to cancel and ask for the unauthorized charges back they’ll refuse to give you your money back. They’ll have their creditors harass you into paying even after cancelation.... Goodness, I can’t wait for them to run up a BS bill and send it to collections... My lawyer is going to have a field day!

I cancelled both my gym membership and personal training membership on May 13th. However, my ex-personal trainer continued charging me outside the terms of the contract. I had to get my credit card company to put a stop on the transactions, and even then they informed me that the merchant (gym) was trying to bypass it. Nobody is really giving me a definite answer. I've tried emailing, texting, and calling. Most helpful person has been Nicole.

My wife and I belong to an out-of-state Crunch Fitness. We went to the Crunch Pembroke Pines location while on vacation. This gym was clean and orderly. The staff members we interacted with were courteous and helpful. The only downside to this location was how busy it was late-morning (~11 am). From what I understand, another Pembroke Pines location will be opening later this year. I would think that will alleviate some of the congestion.

What an excellent gym the people here are amazing. The front desk is well welcoming and greets everyone with respect. If I could give it 6 stars I could. Everyone is real friendly on what people do during the workout session and I personally love it.

This review is in regards to a cancelation of membership. Stephanie Nieves, the GM worked very well with me in assisting waving some fees that we both agreed just fell on a poor month on my own behalf to cancel. She did NOT have to do this, but chose to incur this issue and resolve it on her end. From one professional to another, in times like these, that is what I would consider good customer service. Awesome gym! Friendly staff! I have been working out here for about 3 years and I always have a great experience. With all the Covid stuff going on they are super clean and make sure everyone follows the proper procedures so we can all stay healthy and fit!

There aren’t enough squat racks compared to other crunch locations. The cable equipment is rusty and It just feels filthy to touch. Even touching the sanitizing spray bottles is unsanitary because of other people who legit carry them around through their entire workout around the gym leaving none at each station to use. A couple of their stairmasters don’t work. I almost broke my foot using one, I guess a gear was loose, it’d be helpful if they put an out of order sign..But in general the place just feels rusty and unclean.

Great gym, good environment, girls at the front desk are always helpful and best of all great trainers. Currently training with Armando and he knows what he’s doing. He Takes the time to focus on your goals and he’s very knowledgeable. Best of all he doesn’t let you give up. Thanks Armando and thanks Crunch.Let’s get it! #GoalDigger
