Crunch Fitness - Pembroke Pines

I have never had so many issues with a gym before. Do not sign up for their personal training. It is such a rip off and you have 10 days to cancel before they recharge or they refuse to refund you your money. There is a $10 fee to cancel your gym membership and extra even for only being a member 1 month. Read the fine print.

Very limited machines. Super crowded. During the busiest times, they block off the turf for a class rather than using the class room that is also off limits to members. Staff isn’t helpful & told me to do my ab workouts on the floor by the cardio machines with no mat. FIND SOMEWHERE BETTER.

My issue is this. I signed up for a three month personal training program. I have paid for the three months, now I am being billed for a fourth month. I do not want to continue and was not aware it was going to continue to be billed, neither did the trainer training me who also sold me the package. It is fine if he made a mistake in communicating this when selling it to me, but when speaking to the Personal Training Manager, I was told nothing will be done and I am stuck with the charge. Not acceptable. Its not how the training was positioned and sold to me. I emailed the General Manager today and received no response. I would like a meeting with either the General Manager or Owner to discuss. I was told by the Personal Training Manager he is the final word and has no supervisor. I have called my bank and no charge will go through, I also have a couple of attorneys I know looking at this contract. Frankly after todays altercation I would probably look at cancelling this membership all together. I await someone’s response. I have worked in this industry in sales for over 15 years, I know how these things work. Thank you in advance for a response.

Hand down the WORST company I have ever done business with. Woke up this morning to a $280 charge when I haven’t stepped foot in the gym since November 2020. I’ve cancelled my membership several times, they refuse to give refunds for services I never received. Had to CLOSE MY BANK ACCOUNT to get them to stop charging me. I would give them -5 stars if I could. Run while you can.

I been looking for a gym were I can really focus on my fitness and it's so de motivating when I can't get any of the machines. Just seem like it's geared towards the people who are fitness fanatics and I'm not timid at all so I'll speak up but geez waiting for every machine. Dont dare go on a member appreciation day, I literally used one machine and had to leave. Everything else with the gym is cool. I had to rate it low because I might have to find somewhere else.

Doesn't compare to a lot of the other Crunch gyms I have been to. Very small, limited equipment. Ladies be aware it is mostly men working out here so if that makes you uncomfortable steer clear.

Best gym I have ever been to! Staff truly makes you feel like family! So clean, great equipment and Justin’s classes will kick your butt!

Friendly staff, clean and great variety of equipment. Their "Kickoff", meeting with a trainer is an orientation and assessment. The trainer will NOT show you how to use ANY of the equipment unless you sign up for additional $$ instruction. Otherwise pleased with their facility.

In town working and got a pass to the Crunch fitness center in Pembroke Pines. The person at the front desk was super helpful and kind and I was quickly working out. There is one of these centers back home - if it's as good as the Pembroke Pines center I am going to sign up! Keep up the good work.
