This establishment deserves more attention than just a 5 star rating. All the employees are very friendly and energetic along being courteous and professional at its best!

I have never had so many issues with a gym before. Do not sign up for their personal training. It is such a rip off and you have 10 days to cancel before they recharge or they refuse to refund you your money. There is a $10 fee to cancel your gym membership and even if you cancel after only being a member for 2 months you are responsible for the annual fee which is $78??

Too much bad bunny, bruh I love bad bunny but the amount of bad bunny songs at full blast is insane. Im tired of the same moscow mule album like we get it bruh switch it up or sum or at least turned down the volume so I can listen my own music on my headphones god damn

Waited for the grand opening of this gym! Super clean, attentive team, and great layout with plenty of space.

Im writing this review because the employees are awesome and so nice. The gym is looking great so far!! i cant wait for it to open.

THIS GYM IS NOT OPEN YET. Please don’t waste your time driving up there to view concrete and construction. The reviews here are very misleading. Employee says it is going to be another 30 days or so before their doors open up at this exact location.#JustTryingToGetTheGainsBro

1)Paid for membership to go to any club but was turned Way multiple times from other locations. 2)Sauna is a joke, hotter outside than in sauna.3) instructor didn't show up for yoga and an employee in sales uniform did a yerrible job filling in.4) tried a different class and not enough equipment for all the people allowed to sign up for clads.5) super packef and have to wait for machines to become available.6 no parking...... need i go on.

I have a membership. I have been to a Crunch facility. I am interested on how this West Pembroke Pines Gym has such great reviews? I took a trip out there to workout and the gym has no machines and is under construction.

Not sure how this facility runs, but misleading and uninformed is what I would describe it. I was very patient with trying to upgrade my membership at the special founder’s price. My first call, before the gym even opened, I was assured that my upgrade would go through. I spoke with a young lady who confirmed all my information for the upgrade to be set within 48 hours. Nothing happened. Called once again to let them know what was going on and they said I was misinformed and I was no longer able to upgrade due to the grand opening. Ok? Let it go right? A month goes on and I get a call stating that my upgrade request was approved and I should see it reflect within 48 hours. I informed them that this is the second attempt in trying to upgrade my services and to please let it be real this time. Right? What happened again? Nothing. This time I call again, spoke with manager Michael and basically let me know that he had no proof that the call was ever made and no proof that I request an upgrade at their special price. I was livid. I kept my cool though, and let me know he will try to help me get my upgrade, he even emailed me a confirmation of my upgrade request in which made me feel a lot better. Then he states, I can’t promise you anything… it’s up to corporate. So did I ever get my upgrade ? Naaaah. Don’t waste your time with this franchise. Was literally trying to upgrade my plan and they didn’t want me as a customer.
