READ THE FINE LINES of the 14 pages contract BEFORE signing!!!Can’t cancel before 3 months, have to pay for brand new “machine maintenance”.Terrible costumer service!!! Very obnoxious and arrogant “manager”.I wouldn’t go back there if it was the last place in town!!

The music is often so loud that it's hard to hear someone speaking next to you, and if you're anything less than a superfan of reggaeton, it gets old quickly. Requests for a more moderate volume will get it turned down a bit for 5, maybe 6, minutes. Stars for the gen population being friendly and ample equipment.

Has all the equipment you need BUT THE MUSIC IS ALWAYS REALLY UNPLEASANTLY LOUD. OK maybe not always but 95% of the time. And I am not talking like I'm there in the afternoon or night. Before 6 am and it's LOUD. I have noise cancelling earphones and can hear their music through my headphones. Another annoying thing is they don't have a designated, set aside area with only group class stuff. If the group class is going on, you cant use the equipment they are using.*Edit*The issue with the music being too loud is ongoing despite efforts to ask nicely a million times. I asked for the managers information and they said "we can't give that to you" which I find completely indictive of the way this place does business. The manager isn't accessible? Ok. There is loud and then there is too loud.....this is too loud. There is a middle road. I have NEVER been to a gym where the music is this loud when it's not a class. They lowered it a little this morning and it was still too loud but I let it go, only for them to jack it all the way back up. It was already too loud at the lowered volume.

I waited for months for Crunch to open. It was worth the wait. The staff is great. The group classes are wonderful. There are tons of machines.

They completely scammed me. Do not trust them. I signed up for the cancel anytime for three months for only $1 promotion, and I had to pay the anual fee + 3 months of charge in order to cancel.

Their training membership is a scamBe aware.Their auto recurring charges are mission impossible to stopDon’t believe anything what the trainer assure you that she will remind you 10 days before next due date And if you out of town or country you are out of luck. No phone support.They will make you go through so many red tapes and you will have mission impossible to cancel training membershipYou have to be in the same location in person to cancel the auto renewalI will report them also to state.

I have s membership in 16024 Pines BlvdPembroke Pines location. Love their group classes especially yoga and HIIT-zone classes. Great trainers especially Nicky. Front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. Love the hydromassage.

Amazing and affordable place to work out! The peak membership is worth every dollar.The classes are my preference. I LOVE the HIIT, Zumba, Yoga, and Strength Training classes!!! Every coach is amazing, and every activity is a WORK OUT!I also love the MUSIC (LIT SONGS EVERY DAY AND EVERY MINUTE LOL)! Plus, the sauna and showers are awesome! Pretty much every aspect is awesome. Highly recommend, and I’ve had other memberships like Plant Fitness and Orange Theory before. To me, Crunch Fitness is an AFFORDABLE AND EFFECTIVE gym membership program!!!

They advertise for a $10 monthly membership plus an annual fee and later on they charge you $12.69. I was assured by the person who enrolled us that there will nothing more that the $10, principle wise that was a lie / Scam.Parking is always full and not easy to find a space to park your car.Crowded place and often you have to wait for your turn to use the machine – Over-sold the membership, so it’s a quantity vs quality.When we were enrolled the person misinformed us about the opening date and the gym was 30 days late after the promised date.When it rains outside you will see that inside as well 😊
