The front desk people rarely look up from the computer or their phones to great you. Kind of embarrassing when that’s their only job.

They charged me a double monthly payment because their system had generated double membership. It's been 7 weeks and I still haven't received my refund despite constantly asking the manager

i really enjoy this gym since they play amazing music and have the best costumer service. i had a great experience thanks to Hector

The manager kristi is a joke . Signed up for the gym in June of 2022 being told it was opening in a week or so ….wasn’t opened till September…called to advise unfortunately I’m no longer living there was told pretty much tough luck . They advised me they had trouble with the permits so that’s why there was such a delay n that is my problem . Kristi advised if u buy a car and don’t use it u still have to pay? That’s correct but u are in possession of the car the gym was delayed not my problem . I will call cooperate this isn’t my fault n management isn’t vet helpful BTW Krist of u pay rent n cable is included but ur cable don’t work u gunna pay full price????? I will never go to a crunch now ever.

BEWARE of CRUNCH Gym "Deals"Crunch Fitness in Pembroke Pines has sneaky/dirty business practices. The whole "pre-selling membership deals" are false advertising and bad business.Reported to the Better Business Bureau. They pre-sell memberships that offer "FIRST day Cyber Deals" for $1 and only $19.99 a month, you "can cancel after 3 months". Only to find out they charge more.Crunch didn't open in July as promised, in fact, pushed until Sept. When I found this out, went to Pines Crunch West(in person) to tell them that I was going to be charged at my old gym and to NOT start my membership until Dec. Kid working said "No Problem"I look on my bank statement and they not only charged me $23.39 10/3 but also a YEARLY FEE of $76.88, on 10/30. "First day" premiere cyber deal stated "No contract, no yearly fee and only $19.99 a month." False advertising.In person the Manager, Christian Rodriguez, boldly stated, "That is what we do, when you signed up on line at the very bottom if you didn't check the small box, you will be charged a yearly fee, no matter what the deal said." He also stated that, even though I came in and explained to the person working, that told me they would be ok with waiting on my membership, that this wasn'twhat happened because he personally trained all of the workers and they "ALL know that would never happen" (he acted like I was making it up)and stated that I had to pay it even though I had never walked in the door to use mv membership." He said if Itried to cancelled now that they would have a collection agency contacting me.I am appalled at these business practices.This gym has oversold their memberships and care nothing about customers, just SELL, Sell, Sell$$$$$.Should have looked at reviews as there are many complaints against this company for the same reasons.It is packed tight in this gym, completely oversold.Canceled Membership. Never used. Hard earned money lost.

Be very careful, we hire a coach, they tell you if you cancel before 2 months Perfect. they will not charge you more. LIE. WE STARTED ON September 28 and I notified October 22, the coach tells me I am sending you to sign something online, he never sends me anything. I was able to go to sign yesterday November 21 and after you sign they have already charged me and they charge again for 1 month. since they charged me on the 19th and now they made me sign and they will charge again on December 02. and that month they don't give you the 16 classes that that payment brings SO BE VERY CAREFUL

We moved here from Ohio 2 yrs ago. Love the area and were PF members in Ohio. Of corse until Crunch opened in W Pembroke PF was our only choice. Crunch is absolutely wonderful. Love the equipment and most of the staff are very friendly. However my love complaint is the tanning beds. This is part of our membership. We both tan and only one bed has been operational since they opened and it took a month or better just to have that one open after opening day. I have to wonder how often the tanning room is cleaned. I understand the signs that say the clients are to clean the beds. Honestly if the beds or these rooms looked like this in Ohio the health dept would shut it down. There is a pen and a black hair tie that has been in the tanning room 1 now for more than 2 weeks as well as drops of brown tanning lotion on the floor. I really hope you start giving some attention to this issue. Otherwise the gym as a whole is great

I just joined the gym and what I have seen so far is that they are professionals but I think a little more detail to over night clean but a 9 out of 10

The staff is so friendly!!! The gym is very clean. All the classes are good. The cycle class is the best👍 …

I can't get enough of the classes. When I go I feel revitalized and happy. I guess it's the ambiance. I like this place. Next time I will have pictures. My two favorite classes is Zumba with Alexander TSX with Matthew he's very good but don't need with his class. HITT with Karen. I just love it.
