Jonathan Ugando is very horrible always approaches my girl and my cousin tryna flirt with them all the time . They no longer want to attend the gym nomore due to not feeling safe . I almost confronted and wanted to deal with him personally but decided he’s not worth the time and money I put into the gym never coming back

It’s so close to home, I can walk, but don’t because it’s a bit dangerous crossing Pines Boulevard. I was there day one. Was excited and liked the appearance. After using the gym, not so much. I feel their layout just doesn’t work for me. A lot of wasted space on areas that could be moved elsewhere. Center gym is not great. No mirrors. They hold events that I’m just not interested and hate all the commotion. It’s a gym, not a hangout. If that’s how they want to run it, fine. There are those who love socializing at gyms. I’m not that guy.Anyway, I had to stop working out due to illness. Lost 35 pounds and needed to get my gains back. Upon returning many months later, this place is too packed. I don’t see how other businesses tolerate all the taken parking spaces. I get there 4:45 a.m. and when the doors open, the lot is full of cars. Inside I can’t get a proper workout since it’s too crowded. I will not change my schedule either. I work out first thing in the morning. After a week of my return, I have cancelled and will return to my old gym where I get a huge sweat on and leave pumped. Unfortunate that this place isn’t for me.

To small and always way overcrowded no matter what time you go.

I just signed up and already regret it. This gym has the same issue every other gym in Pembroke Pines has, too many people signed up resulting in it being over crowded 24/7.I’m unable to work out here because I can’t use any equipment. They’ll give you a PR statement stating to come at a different time as if you don’t have a schedule 😐…, but it’s still the same thing no matter what time you go here it’s always packed because so many people signed up they sacrifice to quality over the quantity.I’m waiting for my contract to expire so I can cancel my membership I don’t know maybe I’ll just cancel early because there’s no point going here wish they had at least 10 squat racks.I honestly wouldn’t mind paying more if that meant less people were allowed to sign up but you already know corporate America greed so thats out of the picture.I’ll just stick to the gym close to my house.--------------------------RESPONSE:Whoever designed the floor plan for that gym did a terrible job. I despise the entire layout. The middle section feels excessively crowded and cramped. There are numerous power half-hour machines, leaving very little space to move around, except for the HIIT Zone, which is always overcrowded as well. Furthermore, the freeweight section near the window is also dreadful. There are only about seven benches, and they're all packed with 20 people, curling weights together. Squat racks are perpetually unavailable, no matter when I visit, except for extremely early in the morning. Unfortunately, I work until midnight and can't wake up at 5, 6, or 7 am to go when the gym first opens. The squat racks are always occupied, and I once waited on a cardio machine for 30 minutes, hoping for one to become available, only for someone to immediately claim it.Surely, you must be aware that people love squat racks, and by now, you should realize that you need at least 10 if you're running a high-capacity establishment. With a better floor plan, you could have dedicated an entire wall to squat racks and easily fit in 8 to 10 of them. Additionally, there should be more space allocated for free weights. UFC Fit on Palm Ave sets a good example. They have an entire wall, nearly 30 feet long, dedicated to free weights, with around 12 benches. Moreover, they have a spacious upstairs HIIT zone. I don't know what else to say. The gym feels incredibly claustrophobic with too many machines, insufficient space for free weights, and squat racks that are constantly occupied. At UFC Fit, I would walk in and only have to wait for about 5 minutes to use a squat rack. I suppose their higher prices deter casual gym goers, preventing overcrowding.

I’ve had my membership for over 6 months and have not had any issues. I went to the gym today and was being targeted as an American American female. The guy at the front who claims he is the manager claims he needs to take my picture when walking into the gym. I explain to him I’ve had this membership for over 6 months and never got told this. The other female associate jumps into the conversation and decided to start telling me how every gym takes a picture. I replied and listed multiple other gyms I go to that don’t take pictures randomly. The guy goes on to tell me we are not any other gym. At that point I responded that your fellow associate is who mentioned other gyms. I told them no I will leave and go home. He said he will cancel my membership. I then went on to say no I have a family plan for 5 people so you can’t just cancel my membership like that. He proceeds to tell me he’s putting a note on my account that I can’t use the gym.

I came out of state to visit family. I have taken classes in the Crunch fitness where I live but I really enjoy the classes at Pembroke Pines West location. I look forward to coming to the gym when I come visit.

I’ve been going to this gym since the first day they opened always loved it awesome employees super nice but today I walked in there with my 14 year old son and my 7 year old son my 7 year old has always sat in the front playing on his tablet well behaved I’ve been doing it since day one except for today the lady in the front her name is bree was very rude and stoped me and said where is he going? I replied he will sit here while me and his brother work out she said no he can’t I’m not going to babysit I never asked her if she would of been professional and explained to me in a nice way I would of understood but she was super rude and disrespectful so now I will never go back to this gym that I always enjoyed going to if she is a manager she needs to be retrained on how to talk to people I guess there is a reason you guys have a lot of bad reviews
