Great fun gym. Music is always great. Manager and staff is amazing.

Very unpleasant to workout here. Too packed! Everyone is on top of each other both at the gym and the machines. Parking is also a mission.

My experience is not with the service is with the cleanliness, today when enter to a class the place had a terrible odor like it hasn’t bees clean in days , it was a yoga class I stayed and before the class was finished a women who apparently works there got in in a very rude way screaming next class is at 12 not a 12:05 get out of here !Never before had seen something like that she was acting like she owns the place probably miss crunch

This location is a great place to work out. Both the clientele and staff are phenomenal. The staff treats you like your family and are very friendly. I enjoyed the equipment and the overall atmosphere. Pf

They play the music too laud. Most of the people working out wear their own headphones, the gym music could be played to a normal volumen but the team doesn't pay attention to the costumer suggestions. Imposible to listen my own play list. Will end my subscription.

Join this gym at your own risk. Not only is the contract confusing and they trap you in for life, the GM Mark feels that he can be disrespectful and rude when speaking to customers who are women. Brushing off their concerns, not wanting to explain anything, and avoiding phone calls is unprofessional and embarrassing for you and Crunch as a company.
