You can even use the machines. Too many people on machines on their phones. Like did you come to workout or sit on a machine while scrolling through Facebook. Then you have people recording themselves working out. Like is this a gym or a social media hangout.

One of the smaller crunch fitness around, and is overcrowded, packed! no matter what time of day you go at. Parking is always a problem. Thinking of going back to PF, can't work out herecrowd meter is never updated so whoever wrote that review definitely is friends with someone who works there

I really like it here because everyone that works here is so nice. But the bathrooms are disgusting every single time I've been here... Trash and hair everywhere and they could be better cleaned. Please hire someone for keeping them COVID still present. Thank you

Way too crowded with gym sharkies doing the latest tiktok workout. Even at off-peak hours (6am, 11am) it is too crowded. During after work hours, good luck getting a rack or piece of equipment as 4 kids will be using it at once. All they really care about is selling a membership and not the actual member experience. The one pro is the amount of platforms with racks, but unfortunately due to too many people (dont get me started on the clowns doing hip thrusts, biceps curls or shoulder presses on the platforms), you will most likely not be able to use it.

Even if you are not a meat head or hardcore training individual and just want to stay fit and tune up, avoid this gym. If you are a 9-5 pm kind of guy like me that works Monday through Friday, After 5 pm is extremely (I would say impossible) hard to train. Yes, you pay less, but this fact (low monthly payments) attracts lots of people and it gets full with them after 5 pm. So avoid this and take your time finding another gym. Avoid this one. Also, if you choose one of their non-contracted plans, yes, you barely pay the enrollment fee, but if you get a job offer out of town or an emergency prevents you from training and you have to cancel, beware of their 3 months contract (there is always a catch within their non-contracted agreements) where even if you are forced to cancel due to exterior circumstances outside of your control, you must pay however many months you have left of the three since you started, plus the annual fee. They will try to sell you that even if you go out of town you can train at another Crunch facility nation-wide, but what if your new job offer is to work for a university and you can train for free at the University facility? Will crunch fitness have leniency to not have you pay the annual fee and months given the aforementioned fact? No. 100% Corporate greed! And At the end of the day, I get that it is a business and it will be quantity over quality unfortunately, but I would not recommend this gym to anybody. Any Crunch franchise in general. After 5 or 6 pm this gym chain has sacrificed quality over quantity as stated before to meet their revenue goals or quotas, and will affect you if you are looking for a gym where you don’t feel like at a DMV facility and want to train smoothly without having to almost get a ticket to use a machine like if you at the Deli at the Publix next door. Seriously.Furthermore, the parking: Be prepared to have to drive around quite a bit within the parking lot after 5 or 6 pm (of any time if you think about it) as is nearly impossible to find a parking spot. They gym has a Burlington next to it, and Publix, and a Chedar restaurant and other businesses and the list goes on and on, so imagine the Parking spot availability. Zero. Who was the genius that built this gym in such a plaza?Lastly, the personal training Plan is way overpriced as is was presented to me. Specially taking into account that some of their trainers do not have a ton of years of experience.Bad experience! I sincerely hope the gym takes into account not only the good feedback they receive, but the constructive criticism, as well! But even if they did, Do you really believe that they will start taking less people to make the gym less overcrowded? Think again! Think 🤔 more than twice about it. Switch gyms if you feel and find yourself in my shoes! Avoid it!PS. In all the reviews they will keep harping on the fact that if you find the gym too crowded you ought to try different times. Don’t fall for it. Ask yourself: Can I really train at noon if I work a 9-5? Am I morning person that will train at 5 am? Who knows? Maybe you are a morning person. But chances are that 80% of the people reading these reviews (and I guarantee you you are one of them) work 9-5 Jobs and are not morning persons.Again: Take it from me. RUN AWAY from this place whatever your fitness goal is. Especially if you want to build serious muscle.PS. Don’t fall for their go to and pre-frabricated answer to people’s complain about the gym equipment being overcrowded: Our goal is keep the gym fun and inviting for people. Ask yourself: if you wanted fun, you would go to a comedy club! You are the gym to train, to build muscle. What a joke! CORPORATE GREED!

BEFORE YOU JOIN: Do yourself a favor and go by this gym any night during the week after 5pm before you make your decision!! Echoing every other review here. It’s unbelievably packed. Like miserably overcrowded. Great equipment, nice place, but if you’re trying to workout literally anytime after work, good luck.

I wish these reviews were present before my daughter and I signed up. To help her jump start her fitness journey my daughter also signed up to the personal training. Horrible horrible horrible decision. She could not get out of the contract. She gave notice, but some how it wasn’t 10 days. Somehow she received training they claim was not paid for so we had to freeze the account and pay the past due. Then she is told to call and cancel 10 or more days prior to the freeze ends and she is then told she has to pay another round before it can be canceled. Thankfully I (her mother) was able to intervene and stop the predatory behavior. They are taking advantage of consumers using legal jargon in the contract. Everyone that experience this behavior should be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau or other consumer protection agency. I still have the membership because we’ve paid the annual dues but this place is horrible. The manager Mark is just passive aggressive and rude.

New gym, new machines, seemed great. But.. as many prior reviews state, the gym is way overcrowded. Have went several times and could not do my routine. More overcrowded than any gym have ever been to. The problem is that the SPACE is too small for this gym. I will be leaving. Not standing in line or waiting for the 3 people hanging out together at each machine to finish talking on the machine. I like music but the overhead music cancels my Beats headphones!! Never had this happen. You can not have a functional workout in these overcrowded conditions. I see people parking on the west side of Publix and walking across the parking lot to go to the gym because like the SPACE, the parking area is too small for everything in the plaza.
