Beautiful atmosphere. Helpful and courteous staff. Can't ask for better.It got even better with these new machines. I just hope and pray the members handle them with care and cherish them as I am doing.A little shout out to my friend Camilla Miles too.

It was my first time at the gym and I was greeted by Daniel, he was very nice and charismatic. He helped with any questions I had regarding equipment and workouts. The gym was clean, and he was patient with my many questions.

Staff is nice- equipment is good- kind of hot needs cooler air. The other locations have the fans on high, this one does not. What I like about other planet fitness is the water fountains have a bottle filler. This location does not. That is why they always have water on the floor because ppl are struggling. I always see the repair guys at the water fountain but it does not have a leak. It’s just ppl struggling to fill the water bottles lol. Over all I do love this location. I will immediately update this review when the air and water fountain issue is situated.

When I had an issue with my billing, I’ve called around 7pm to ask a couple of questions. I spoke with a lady and she was rude and put me on hold which made me had to hang up and call again. But I spoke with Daniel and he was super nice. I was able to come immediately to handle my situation and the Manager Hassan was super helpful and explained everything.

I love this gym so much associates are very kind and always welcoming, especially Tesia she is wonderful and always kind. Always greeting me with kindness and never has an attitude. I am so thankful to have a workout experience in this welcoming and non judgmental environment.

Absolutely wonderful staff!! They are always super helpful and always welcome us and say goodbye!! They are all very kind and helpful if I have ever had any questions! I have been coming here for about 2 1/2-3 years now. Daniel, Hassan, Celine, and Tessa are amazing! Tessa always checks me in before I even walk in the door!! ❤️
