No idea if the gym is good! I live around the corner and I am a member at Crunch. But I called and asked to try out the gym to see if I like it before buying their membership. The response was NOPE. Too bad, you can pay us $20 to try it out for 24 hours. To which my reply is, " I just got a free three day pass at La Fitness so I will go there, then next I will go try another gym. I will make a decision thereafter but cheap isn't the look I am after so it WONT BE PLANET FITNESS. You can keep your cheap vibes. No idea if I will like the space and/or equipment. #staysmallminded

Overall great gym and staff was exceptional! I came in feeling a bit depressed and Tesia not only made smile but also uplifted me with her great attitude and positive energy.. definitely coming back!

Very clean and peaceful ambience. Crew is courteous. The ONLY thing I wish you had again is the ability to schedule an appointment with a live trainer.

The staff at this particular location is exceptional. They’re really friendly and helpful. When I walk in I feel appreciated. The place is constantly maintained and the atmosphere is great. I recommend this location to anyone.

One star review wasn't enough. The female manager working today was lazy, disgusting and just nasty. Why wait until I start working out to tell me about a balance, aggressively? Are you slow? Very, unprofessional. I can see she is young and clueless. Poor thing. I just walked away, paid on the app and went to another location. Trust me there will be more reviews.

The gym is clean, equipment is up-to-date and there is a lot of variety. The additional amenities like the massage chairs and tanning beds make this gym stand out from the others. I will be cancelling my other gym membership at YouFit.

I’ve been coming to this gym for a very long time. I’ve tried other gyms but I always end up coming back to planet fitness. The staff are very nice in particular Katherine. They always do their best to make sure that the gym is clean and safe. All in all, the environment at planet fitness in Pines is very friendly.

This is by FAR the best Planet Fitness I've ever been to. Not only is the staff courteous and welcoming, they actually clean and take care of the facility every day (which I have not seen so thoroughly in the other gyms I've gone to). I love the atmosphere and feel grateful to have that staff there.
