I have been a member for almost 2 years but recently decided to cancel my membership. They now enforce member to bring your own towel. They have signs posted all over the gym on the paper towel dispenser this "policy". I go to the gym twice a week and use maybe 10-12 paper towel for the week ! yes 10-12 paper towel you read it correctly. They say they want to stay "Green". Yesterday I went to the gym and lost my small "keychain sized" membership card. When I asked for a replacement I was told there is a $2 replacement fee. They normally replace at no cost but because I am on my last month my account is "flagged". I was told by the staff they normally replace at no cost but because i am leaving they want to teach "us" (meaning members who are leaving) a lesson !! I could not believe those words. BTW they also charge you for quitting. This "GREEN" thing they claim is all a cover up for being cheap. They say corporate policy to stay green. They must think members are stupid. If corporate believe in GREEN they must surely all drive toyota PRIUS. Be careful before you join.

As a "lime card " member I can take anyone withe any time as often as I like. Not like other gyms, your guest gets one week to try it out and then the high pressure to buy into the club. Love youfit

Great staff! honestly out of all the gyms i've went to i've felt the most welcomed here and the staff are more then willing to help you out along with fellow gym members they are all super nice and help if you have troubles. Highly recommend going here if your debating it.

Employees are nice and helpful. Small and quiet gym compared to other youfits. Doesn't get as packed as others. But some of the equipment does need updating. I don't mind it since it.. Ill take that over a crazy packed gym.

I have been going to this gym since I moved to Cooper City but cancelled my lime membership as of last Sunday. An employee name Brian blatantly told me that I can't take too long on the squat rack when I was doing my sets of dead lift, so that he can use it. He doesn't want to work in between, he just want me off of it. Oh yeah, I asked him where does it says that I break the rules, he couldn't answer me, all he can said was " I work here I know". Gym's employees suppose to make you feel comfortable while you are there, after all members are what make or break a gym establishment. I'll just go to a different gym and hopefully their trainers aren't that unethical.

The employee Robert is such an amazing worker, he always keeps the gym very clean, he is very thorough and kind. For the most part the customer service at this gym is pretty good, they greet you when you come in and bid you good day when you’re leaving.

Started going a year and a half ago with my son. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We like going late to not have to wait for the machines.I now convinced my wife to leave her gym and start going with me. She liked it a lot as well and for the price, it’s a great deal. She was disappointed that there was only one squat rack. I also thought there were more exercise bikes..............but anyhow, I didn’t see any machines that needed repair. That’s a great thing. Great place to workout and the Manager Anthony and all the staff have been amazing.Equipment is perfect and the vibe can't be matched. Love it. Thank you to everyone who works there and provides us a comfortable and motivating place to get fit and healthy!

Honestly I am very satisfied with this gym. I've been to more than a few youfit gyms the best equipment is here ; although there are some pieces that they truly need or need to swap out. sad that they only have one squat rack. Staff so far has not been a disappointment. The bathrooms are clean.Weights are generally organized. Haven't seen any rift raft here. The downside is they are suppose to give me 2 t shirts 1 for a 7day pass the other upon signing up they do not have a 2xl or xl what's up with that? I just moved to the area and I cannot begin to tell you how nice it is. Also if your disappointed about an annual fee be smart you get what you pay for its 20 a month no initiation I used to work for a few gyms. Any gym that charges a fee upfront usually negates the fee. If your new to the gym game do some research or cancel before the draft fee. As to the youfit owner kudos on your location and I hope to hear back from you soon about a shirt. Also the only reason you got 4 stars instead of 5 is because your not open 24/7 and the drinks could be much better and your water fountains should be colder....god bless hope this review helps out.
