I really like the gym. Some of the staff are great. The Assistant Manager Isaiah or Isaac was great. First day back to the gym in over one year. The issue is mask compliance is too low.And that is fine, I cant do anything about other people ‘s behavior. However, they have a sign on the door saying a “mask is required to enter” and then they, right in front of me while I am canceling the membership, allow a maskless person to enter. They took my temperature when I entered but just ignored her. Protocols are not being followed. Outside of the United States a plethora, that means many, of Covid various are being formed in places like Brazil in other countries that do not have vaccines. We aren’t out if the woods and people are careless. But businesses do not have to be. Im done here. Its time for a new gym.

This Youfit has an awful smell, no private dressing rooms and the ac is not blowing cold air. I wanted to like it here because the Youfit on Pines is where I normally work out, but this location needs some serious upgrades. I gave this place three stars because the equipment is in good shape. Working out in a stuffy place is not fun though.

I joined at the beginning of 2021 and everything was going great. Unfortunately things have gone downhill. Lately they have been opening late which is a huge inconvenience since I usually try to go before work. Due to there tardiness, I recently tried going on a weekday at 7:30am and to my surprise it was still closed even though they’re supposed to open at 5am…. Thankfully the Oakwood location was able to let me workout at their gym. They were able to get in contact with the general manager to notify him the Taft street location was still closed so hopefully this issue will be resolved. I might have to start calling ahead of time instead of wasting my time and gas to arrive to a closed gym.

I’ve been a member at youfit for over 10 years and more specifically, I’ve been working out at the Taft location for that entire time. Over the last month I’ve seen a great improvement in the cleanliness and maintenance of the gym. All the toilets work, mirrors are sparkly, and I’m constantly seeing Staff, Shama and Priscilla, vacuuming, and stocking. In times of COVID this is very comforting to see and eases my mind to keep going to the gym and enjoy my workout! Big kudos to the entire staff!

The facility is spacious and the staff was quite pleasant. This gym do comply with COVID-19 policies.

I live not too far from this Youfit and have been a member for more than 5 years. I was charged all during Covid even when they were closed and just let it go.They have recently changed and the new people are so rude that I have to cancel my membership. A manager there apparently called Shama was refusing my son 17 to come in with his friends. I came in to talk to her she started giving me attitude because I wanted him to get in and she started yelling ( very bad customer service) .Impatient and rude people are not good for customer service. The worse ,she was eating a sandwich right there at the front boot speaking and spitting.. Outch!!!.Where is the real manager!!!!Good jym but but very unprofessional. They will be nasty if you have to close your membership.

Been going to youfit for 7+ years and asked the trainer a simple question the other day she gave me a weird look and walked away. If that’s your customer service and then you got a long way to go. I’ll be going to crunch or retro fitness for now on where hopefully the staff has a better attitude and know how to work with other gym members.

I came today as any other day and I could not get into my class because I did not have a towel. Really? I see everyday everyone getting into the gym with no towel, even me every single day. I got ready to go and I could not enjoy the service I’m paying. Since when it is necessary to have a towel to be allowed into the gym? Start doing your job instead of wasting people’s time. Terrible experience!! If you are implementing a new rule, so provide an option/solution to the clients.

This is the only gym I will ever go to. The vibes are amazing and I’ve been to a lot of other gyms that don’t have the equipment, employees, or knowledge even remotely comparable to this location. The gym is always clean and the staff is amazing. Lita Rafael is one of the main reasons I come back again and again. I started my fitness journey under her care and I’ve learned things from her that no other trainer considers to teach their clients. Youfit is lucky to have her!

After coming to this gym for years, I was disappointed when I would recently come to see that the gym is not open in the morning. Ever since management hired a new guy in the morning to open, the gym has been open on time, he is always friendly and greets, and always is able to handle any requests myself or other members may have. I was close to canceling my membership but I am glad they have a reliable team member for the morning since this is the only time I have available to come.
