This Youfit location on Taft has been charging me for an account that I did not open and is threatening to send me to collections not only that but they are also calling my number trying to collect in an account that they have under my sons name who doesn’t even live in the state of Florida and has not visit any gym in Florida nevertheless they have bank cards on the account that who knows who they belong to. This place is a fraud and is opening fake accounts. Think twice before giving them your personal information.

I love the new look. Amazing gym . Staff are great. Trainer look like they are knowledgeable. And the General Manager is very helpful. I love this gym deserve 10 stars !!!!!!!

Youfit Taft has been my home for about 6 years now. Over the last year or so I’ve notice the gym moving in a positive direction. The gym is better organized, 100% cleaner and the staff is very professional. I believe these changes are due to the current manager. He appears to care about his customers and providing them with a better product.Keep up the great work and know that you and your staff are very much appreciated.

The important concern that I have is when somebody joins the gym you are having them signed seven times I believe it was seven times electronically. This is pertaining to a contract where people have no idea what they're signing until after it's signed. Honestly, I've never seen this before. I had once joined a gym where they sat down with you at a around table and went paragraph by paragraph before you signed your life away. In my case, I was told I was joining month to month only to find out she had me sign for an annual membership. She was new, I understand. But I then had to contact corporate office insisting that they abolished the contract. While they did do that they made reference that after I joined I had the contract available to read. Seriously? Hopefully, you guys can reconsider the protocol. The new folks could use more training because they're dealing with the general public's financial institutions also. We had a couple hiccups with the new person regarding this but they were resolved. ***Otherwise, I enjoyed coming to the gym. The equipment and ambiance was great. Safe atmosphere/location. Sorry that this happened.

AC not working for at least 2 weeks in half of the gym. Really hot. Paying for a gym, not a sauna. Also several equipment in poor conditions, foam padding showing, uncomfortable and disgusting! Both quick fixes imo. Getting emails about full equipment renovation project. I go to 3 different youfit and new equipment is already breaking up. Fix what you have and save some money. This is the worst youfit I go to, barely acceptable...thanks.This comment is from 6 months ago. Most equipment have now been repaired - thank you!Unfortunately, the AC hasn't. Unacceptable! I don't mind sweating while working out but not sweating by just standing there.Also now one sink is clogged and has been for more than a week. For sure this could be fixed in 24 hours or less. Not sure why it hasn't. There is a sign saying it is clogged which is obvious!

If there was a 10 star I would of give it, the environment and the staff is friendly and motivated to get fit. The manager is an excellent guy, always friendly and ready to resolve any type of problem. Highly recommended this location!!!!

Ryan and Shama are an excellent person. They are very helpful and friendly. Ryan is a great training. Shama is very nice manager.!! Good experience for me!!

Shama is very unprofessional, she always gives me a dirty look when I come in. And I have heard her have very unprofessional and inappropriate conversations with the staff under her. And I have seen her drink on the job as well.
