NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS USE THIS GYM. The experience I have had to try to get my money back for a service I NEVER EVEN USED is laughable. RYAN decided to hang up the phone on me after providing me ZERO clarity on what precise documentation he would need to get me my refund. He kept using statements such as “well if I can get your refund” and “it may work, but i don’t know” even though I persistently circled back to those statements asking questions such as “what EXACTLY is needed to ensure I 100% get a refund.” Ryan kept dodging this question and accused me of having an “attitude “ because I was, yes, frustrated that he kept using maybe statement’s instead of giving any confirmation or reassurance I would be getting my full refund if I provide “X,Y and Z” All this after ANTHONY transferred me without passing any information on . Their upscale techniques are well hidden with what seems to be good intentions and concern for your future health goals. Nothing that was promised as part of signing onto this gym and their training programs came to fruition. I will ensure my money is returned to me whatever methods need to be used. In the meantime beware. True colors come out really quickly once you are no longer “gym bro-ing” or beneficial to them.

5 stars for open 24 hrs and price1 star for not holding members' responsible for racking their weights. My advice: dont be afraid of making people mad by making them clean up after themselves. Why do i as a member have to clean others' mess up?edit: 2 more photos. here are some "must-do" rules posted on your walls, that nobody heeds nor do you enforce. how do you expect to be taken seriously? its a joke

Not even worth the one star. I called to cancel and I’m going to be charged because I’m cancelling within 30 days of my next charge. I haven’t been to an EŌS gym in 3 months. When I signed up I used my membership maybe 3 times. Each time I went it was very busy and all the equipment was in use. They kept shoving a trainer down my throat. I currently do not live in an area where I can even use the gym but they are going to charge me another month as part of the cancellation. If the charge doesn’t clear, my cancellation will not be considered a cancellation and my membership will continue. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!!!

I am going to this place for last couple months and its great. All staff members are supper friendly and awesome. The guy that always organizes all weights and cleans even the parking lot, he’s name is Tim Johnson. I think thats the best employee to have.

Someone made this for the gym. (NOT ME!) I guess they had a close encounter. Not cool, but try telling the peeps to stop playing Kingdom of the Dead, Congo Style. THEY WON'T LISTEN!

Eos is so money hungry. I had canceled my membership a month ago because the company I work with gives me free gym access so it's not a need to keep paying 21$ a month. The first time I called to cancel, I was told I wouldn't be charged again that I was all set, I had checked my checking account 2 days ago and I saw I was charged again. So I call again, asking what has happened. I was told because I cancelled 5 days too late to cancel my membership, I would be charged for another month and that there was supposedly nothing they can do because it was "policy". How can I be told 2 different things and nothing can be done? Not even an apology. All I got was a "I'll talk to my staff to train them on our policies." It's not my problem the staff of Eos isn't informed.
