Deceptive marketing mailers about promotions and dishonest sales agents. They push extremely hard to make a sale for personal training especially after I made it clear I wasn’t in the market for a PT. Even when expressing disinterest then it became an interrogation. I left extremely dissatisfied. I only bought a membership because I needed a gym. Haven’t used the membership yet because it’s been less than 6 hours and I left irritated and upset. If you’reinterested in a place with good customer service this isn’t the place. If you want a place that is affordable and convenient then I recommend it. Don’t enter with any explanations, even with a promotional mailer in your pocket:

Overall decent gym with good variety of equipment and plenty of dumbells. However, if you decide to go here, don't come from 2pm till 11pm, as this gym is one of the most overcrowded gyms I've ever been to. Every single bench and the majority of the machines are completely occupied, and oftentimes you can't even find parking in the parking lot. If a gym is going to have that number of members they need to either expand the actual gym or expand the parking lot, because the gym is not even usable during peak hours.

This gym has everything you could want. The members are helpful and the front desk staff are super accommodating with day passes. I come here every year when I'm in town. Yea, it's busy after work (4-7) but so is every other gym in America. I'll be back next year, too.Update - still coming here - year over year - still busy, but the members are all open to you "working in" with them.

Best gym to go to. I go to the gym a minimum of 5 times a week and have been going to this specific location for 8+ years. The staff and members all are here for results. The staff only wants what's best and I have found some of my best lifetime friends here. If you want a gym that fits your needs I highly recommend this location. Some of my favorite things about this location include a friendly staff, clean locker rooms, variety in exercise equipment, and it may sound funny but there is always a good spot to stand and get a blast of crisp cold air to the face during an intense workout. Ask for help and you will get it from both members and staff.

I usually don’t write reviews, but after reading some of the negative reviews on here i couldn’t believe some of the things people are saying.I’ve been a member since this place was Golds Gym if anything this gym is the most convenient of them all. Open 24hrs, multiple locations, affordable membership, friendly and approachable staff, always greeting their members plus the remodeling they did after switching from Gold to Eos are A1!If you’re looking for a clean and affordable gym don’t just take my word for it. Go see it for yourself.

I like this location best but it is crowded quite often. Childcare is great never have issues, staff is nice no problems there, and they bill what they say. This location could definitely use an update I'm sure it's worth it. Maybe buy the suites next door to make it larger to accommodate more people. Something's gotta be worked out with the parking, it's terrible.

I began my membership back in August & at first I loved it.. Until I saw my bank account 😒👎🏽.. The sales manager offered me a voucher for 4 PT sessions and told me to check it out to see if it was for me knowing I had recently had a baby and wanted to lose weight. NOTE this was my first time ever going to a gym, I did not know much of what was going on with PT sessions. I repeatedly asked if it was ONLY 4 sessions and was told one time after another that it was.. Now I found out I am on a year contract paying $128 a month PLUS $20 membership. Completely frustrated 😑 do not be fooled, inform yourself 😭

The gym is fine for getting a workout in if you go at 1a.m-5a.m otherwise don't bother!also I cancelled this membership and suddenly I was being harassed for owing $98 for I don't know what!! They sent it to collections so I ended up paying it so that my credit wouldn't be trashed over it. But I was just wondering, how many people this has happened to. The collector actually told me that these gyms often have folks in collections and people are always shocked that they are calling. Maybe I didn't read the fine print, but it is supposed to be a month to month membership.

I really have not had a bad experience here. Had the membership a few months. Yes, it can get crowded but I have never had to wait for equipment. Maybe certain times of the day? I have only witnessed one broken down treadmill. They do need to work on the cleanliness of the bathrooms but I think with so many people in and out, can't really expect it to be perfect all the time. Suppose folks cleaned up after themselves? I see cleaning staff working all the time.Lex is my go to person. She is friendly and very helpful, never pushy. I have found when you speak to people with respect, you get it back.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. Customer service is terrible. I moved 556 miles away and still had to pay a cancellation fee after they say if you move 25+ you don't have to. I paid them fees along with a whole other month of membership and thought I was done with them. Nope. Still getting scammed and charges on my credit card saying they "never got my payments, never got proof I moved" after I had a conversation via email with member services. The place is AWFUL. They will scam you, charge you under the table, jerk you around between phone calls. Their customer service reps all say different things, they have no idea what they are doing. If you don't want to be screwed over, don't join this gym. Doesn't help that the trainer I had never would even get in contact with me after countless times I'd call to set up and appointment. Money grubbers who own a crap gym.
