EOS corporate recently changed their kids club hours and rules. If you have kids and want to take them here, DON’T! They have very limited hours for the kids club at all locations and for those hours you have to make a reservation online to guarantee your child a spot. They have a very limited amount of spots available. If there are no spots you can’t take your kids in, thus workout yourself, even though you are paying for the service. Just this week I tried reserving spots for my kids anywhere from 23-16 hours in advance at different locations and they were all booked so I did not get to workout. This was a bad corporate move and now I’m forced to take my business elsewhere because EOS has left me no choice.

Got lied to about memberships. They Somehow signed me up for 2 memberships. I ended up paying 83 dollars for 5 hours of gym use while visiting for a week. I called several weeks ago and spoke over the phone about cancelations and received conformation that there would be no charges. I was also not alerted in that phone call that I was in the possession of 2 memberships. Terrible.

Worst experience with a personal trainer I have ever had. She thought she had an appointment with “Becky”. I told her my name is Leslie. She then sits me down and says “ so what personal trainer were you working with before?” I told her that I just signed up with the gym the day before. We did my measurements, etc and she called me Lisa. The workout itself was great. But that was it. As we finished up, she instructed me to do one mile on any machine and then come by her desk to collect my Evolt stats. I did as I was told. When I approached her, she gave me my stat paper and called me Lissa. I asked her about scheduling our next session. She told me it wouldn’t be until the following Wednesday. She asked me when I was available. I gave her my availability and she informed me that she only works Monday and Wednesday. She told me that I could use my two 30 minute sessions on one day. She told me that she would schedule our Wednesday appointment. The problem is she gave me NOTHING to do in between our 1x a week session.I went back to the gym the next day to ask for a new trainer. I was told the fitness manager had just left for the day ( it was 5:45 pm). Both of the guys up front stated that they are new and couldn’t help me schedule an appointment with someone else. A guy sitting at a desk came up and explained that he couldn’t schedule something but he took my name and phone number. He said someone would be giving me a call and asked when I would like a call. I told him 11. Sure, no problem. It’s been two days and no call.I decided to try the Surprise location because my friend goes there and has been very satisfied. She also has personal training. I am so glad that I did! Experience has been night and day. Staff have been very professional. I would have canceled my membership and sworn off EŌS if it hadn’t been for Eli.

Signed up originally because of kids club hours, gym hours and multiple locations to work out.Kids club hours changed to reservation only which was a pain in the butt, but the managers and staff at Thunderbird and 83rd Avenue location were extremely accommodating and helpful to me getting a full 2 hour workout as well as being able to bring all FOUR of my kids in to work out. Big thanks especially to Bailey at that location! Now the kids club is not even open on Sunday?!?!How stupid. Most people work Monday through Friday and have weekends off. The kids club NEED is for weekends and evenings mostly.Definitely canceling kids club. Will also most likely cancel membership for a different gym now.

Was lured into this place in promise of a cheap gym that was always open. Right next to my job, perfect! However I was a beginner and they pounced on me like cougar. I told them I couldn't pay the 50-200 a week! Or whatever for a trainer. I was just looking for some cardio equipment. It was supposed to be a dollar now and 20 a month. Sounds good. But they WILL FORCE you to sign up for extra stuff. They will not take no for an answer they even started calling me at work. They said oh yeah we can do you for a dollar. So I said ok finally and signed up. On the 3rd. I said "so my first payment wont be til the third of next month?" "Yes," they responded. Well looky here! When I open the app it says I have to pay the annual fee or whatever before the end of this month!! On the 28th! So what started as a promise of a dollar now and 20 later, was actually a dollar now, 70 dollar annual fee.150 and up for personal trainer... This is all in month one.I will stick to Vasa. They let me in for free and asked me 0 questions

My name is David, I had signed up for a EōS membership over 6 months and the fitness manager Cj talked me into a personal trainer. The first day I signed up they said they would give me a free session, after the free session I honestly was still not sold the guy basically just told me how bad my form was the whole time then stuck me on a treadmill, I decide to stick it out for another session however they gave me a brand new trainer at that was very hard to contact and kept rescheduling. After talking with my friend who recommended me this gym I decided to cancel my trainer because I never received any training other then my free session. I talked to Cj again and he told me that my three day to cancel were up (which I was never informed about) at that point I told Cj fine I will pay the 6 months and to cancel it so I don’t get charged again. this month it was supposed to be done however, two weeks ago I get another charge so I call EōS again and they said that it had been canceled and that was the last payment (the manager also said that if they try to charge again call them back and they will refund it). This week I got charged again, so called them back again and they told me that they had just submitted the cancellation (which was supposed to be canceled by Cj months ago) so there should be two more payments then I’m done, I talked to Cj again and he told me that whoever told me that was not a manager and they lied. At this point I am so over it I’ve paid way to much money for something I’ve never receivedEōS on 83rd and Cactus

Friendly and efficient staff. Signed up easy for a membership. However, the guy mentioned a one time session with a trainer but gave no details on when or how that happens. It's a clean center and not overly crowded.

Adrian the manager who helped me out was very nice and professional! He Took very good care of me and made sure i had a nice first experience! Front desk workers are very sweet with a smile always on their face! only problem is some of the equipment condition. Besides that I love it!!

When potty training my 3.5yo granddaughter, we took all trips away from her - shopping, farmer’s markets, gym childcare, friend’s houses. By the third day, she told her mama, “I don’t want to potty train anymore, I want to go to the gym!” That says a LOT about their staff!
