If you actually have a routine and like to work out muscle groups, this gym isn’t for you. This gym is WAY too busy to even think about doing multiple exercises on one muscle group. It’s like waiting at the meat counter for your turn to order. This gym has grown way too fast to handle the customers they have. If you work out very late at night this gym might work for you. I know they will chime in and say they’re opening more gyms and that’s great. They expanded this gym and all it did was spread out the people more instead of adding a lot more machines. Managers we need solutions not excuses.

I wish I could put no stars!! This company is terrible. I have never had a membership, and they are charging my card because my boyfriend got one. He mentioned I may be interested and the next day I said no. Now for nearly a year they have charged my card on several occasions and will not stop even after telling me my card was removed from their system. Now I have to cancel my card and have to have all my other accounts be redone due to this. And they keep telling my boyfriend he is under contract for a "month to month" contract. Makes no sense and they always give us the run around anytime we call and try to fix it. I would never use this gym. This gym is a scam!!

I personally would not recommend this gym. The environment does not feel clean and the equipment is sticky to the touch. It is also very cramped and the equipment is very close to each other. someone is almost always in your personal space while working out. My boyfriend and I both had our own memberships here. Once the COVID-19 pandemic had occurred, we wanted to cancel our memberships. Both due to financial hardship and not feeling the gym would be a clean or safe environment. The only information I could find online and on the contract states to provide a cancellation letter and deliver it to the club or to complete a cancellation form in person at the club. The clubs were closed so we had no way to go into the club to request our cancelation. We go down to the club the first day it reopened. We were told we must contact ABC financial to cancel. (ABC's contact information was not listed on the paperwork or the website). We request our cancelation through ABC financial and request that we not be charged for the additional 30 days as we had no way to provide a sooner notice. We still get charged following our cancelation. We call ABC and speak with the manager. They give us the run around and in the end say that they cannot help us and we must contact the club. We contact the club and the customer service was non existent. All they could tell us is that we would be billed. They advised regardless if we had given 30 days notice while they were closed we would still be charged the additional club fees. So we will now continue to be charged for the month. One of the worst experiences I have had trying to cancel a gym membership. I will never return to any EOS fitness location.

UPDATE: I canceled my membership and personal training as of May 18. Since then I received a charge for personal training on June 28th. After contacting ABC Financial I'm told that they are unable to do anything with personal training... At this time the clubs are closed and I have yet to receive any response to this additional charge outside of the cancellation period. I even reached out the manager that responded to my review and have heard nothing from EOS at all.If you want help or customer service, go to another gym.ORIGINAL: I haven't been to the gym for months, the main reason I stopped going was because of the cleanliness. Most gym equipment was sticky and the times I had seen a person cleaning was only to vacuum. Despite all that I thought I would use their services and go to the gym until pandemic hit.My girlfriend and I decided that we wanted to cancel the membership and other services but were unable to due to club closing. When the clubs reopened we decided to go to the club to cancel, at which point we were directed to their parnter ABC Financial (which is stated nowhere in any paperwork). After speaking to them, a manager, and the fitness manager, I was told if we had submitted our cancelation notice on the first day of them closing, I would have still been billed for the membership dues and other services. Customer service is non-existent and they made no effort to help or resolve the situation, only saying that you will be billed.

It has a "basic" gym price. And is a good value for the price. Doesn't have quite the same variety of classes and quite as big amenities of a large LA fitness but for me the staff has made it a much better place. And it is clean all the time! Unlike the pool and locker rooms of their competitors.

My husband and I have been coming here for years. I’ve been to multiple gyms prior but this location I love. Everyone is very friendly and professional. With everything new going on we feel safe there, cleaning procedures are 100 percent on, everyone follows the guidelines, and they do make sure everyone is following the requirements. It’s a very comfortable atmosphere and we can safely keep our workout routine. Thank you EOS for everything you guys are doing! We appreciate you all so much.

Overall the best gym in this area and the best price, but does have some flaws. More like 3.5 stars out of 5 but ill round it to a 4 since its a good gym company.For the weight room there are plenty of options available including about 8 racks. 3 of them has platforms connected to them for weightlifting and 1 platform for deadlifts. Pretty much all the equipment are "gently used" condition to say the least but they get the job done. A problem I have is that their are hardly any weight racks to grab or put away. So I would need to grab from other equipment to do my sets and put away on other equipment too.Mens locker room is pretty much wide open where you can see all the lockers, bathrooms, and showers so not a lot of privacy. Lockers are very small and would hardly fit a medium size bag with a set of clothes inside. The showers are the worst. As a 6'4 guy with wide shoulders they feel cramp, showers heads will hit the top of my head, and I could almost have my full head above the shower walls into the next stall.Funny enough the next best gym I know within 5 miles is EoS on 59th/Thunderbird. More modern equipment and more amenities for the same price. Don't know how the company runs but they really need to do more remodeling and/or investing to this location.

This gym is horribly busy, but now its unfortunate that they were the only gym with kids care opened 12-4 now they have changed the hours to same as la fitness kids care. Super unfortunate that they did this. Been going here for 4 years and has been only reason we have choose to stay. Better off paying the money and going to a different gym where you can actually work out and not wait for everything and actually have people cleaning the equipment. For $10 a month it's worth it but if money isnt the issue your better off at la fitness or mountain side.

This doesn’t even deserve a star! The biggest scam of a gym! The worst sales people I’ve even encountered! Provided false information then made it impossible to cancel. I called multiple times and every time had to speak to a different person who never knew how to assist. I had to be bounced around to different people to be told I had to pay another month after I requested to cancel months in advance! I do not have respect for such a fraud system. Personal trainers are basic people who don’t even look fit and body shame others in the gym. I seriously cannot believe I was tricked into this gym! I hope this goes out of business soon!

1 for the first month, then $39.99 per month after, sounds great! you would be wrong. they told me that I had to get a $35 rate fee thing, it was once a year. Didn't know it was a CHOICE.tried for 2 or 3 weeks to get my free personal trainer workout, never happened. I hated the gym, ALWAYS crowded, machines were gross, and good luck finding parking, oh and the people there are top notch! The girls are mean, catty, and stuck up be prepared to be ridiculed and if your a girl, prepare to be ogled and overhear vile comments. Cancelled my membership and was told I was going to be charged for the 5 weeks I was there, about $65, refused to go back because I didnt like the people after 2 or 3 weeks. I was charged on 9-20 and 2 weeks later ON MY BIRTHDAY I was charged for a months membership! REALLY!?!Then told me they were saving me money.Only interested in money! Horrible customer service!I WILL NEVER GO BACK!I might have given them another chance but not now. Not ever.
