Can get pretty busy but what good gym doesn’t? Friendly staff, great assortment of equipment, nice locker rooms with showers!They also have snacks and drinks available for purchase! Love the Serenity Room!

Too many people. No hand sanitizer. Personal trainers dont care and cutting you short on time that you’ve been giving according to your contract.

I had signed up for personal training services on 3-1-2023. I had changed my mind about these services and canceled on 3-2-24 by email per the contract. I also came in person the next day to talk to the trainer and turn in a hand written cancellation, per the contract. They did not cancel this as they should and continued to charge me for services I did not receive and cancelled as instructed thought the contract.I called several times and was told Ray was the only one that could help but he was always out for "personal" emergencies. These are predatory business practices. I have the proof if you want that your employee is not behaving or acting in an ethical manner. I will never use this gym for this reason. I am warning others to stay away.

Predatory "collection" tactics. They tried to tell me I have an account in collections but they would wipe the balance if I signed up again. Haven't been to this gym in years! Never a letter or phone call about a balance before. I'm all for creative sales tactics but this was a bit much.

Worst than LA FITNESS. BOGUS CHARGES THE FIRST MONTH . EVEN LA FITNESS WAITS A FEW MONTHS BEFORE STEALING MONEY. EOS WAITED 2 WEEKS . 100 DOLLAR CHARGE ??. WE WILL BE IN TO CANCEL THIS MORNING. NO HONESTY NO BUSINESS.

It was great signed up to start working out! Employees where very nice this location doesn't have a pool but I signed up cuz a eos Is opening up close to my place n it has a pool so I'm getting enrolled now!
