I love working out here. The staff is so friendly and professional. This morning Joeber(sp), Matthew and Tonka were there and it was fun seeing them. Joeber was especially helpful today.

My own personal experience with this location is all good and what do I mean by that is that I like how they greet you with a smile at the top of the morning when you enter in and I like that they are very friendly,I like that the place is clean, I like the massage area where you can get a massage sitting up or laying down, I like if I get thirsty I'm able to purchase a drink or if I don't have the money I can use my points. I like the fact that when I can't make it there because of disability reasons with my Hip they noticed that I'm gone and I sometimes get a call to see if I'm okay and then when I return back I get a I'm glad you're back and that makes me feel very good. You never know what people are going through so I like the fact that they take that inconsideration at least in my eyesight and that's why I keep coming back when I can. 👆🏿🙏🏿💪🏿😊

Staff is nice, gym is clean. Showers aren't always pristine and it would help if they put small trash cans in each shower entry/changing area. Employees who aren't sure of holidays hours should not answer the phone and guess when they give members information. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER COMMENT: I have asked 2 employees about having a small trash can in the shower entry areas of each stall.

I enjoy the quiet room with the massage equipment and the stretching area the most. There are many options for workout equipment for those of you who go there for the workout. 😉 The lockers, bathroom and shower area are always kept clean, which I really appreciate. The staff at the Metro location on Peoria Avenue in Phoenix no customer service very unfriendly they really don't care tanning machines never working I don't know why I paid for a black card membership keep getting the same old runaround Parts waiting on parts it's been months and they just don't care nobody cares very sorry I joined have to go to another location but keep charging me full amount every month

Used to be 24 hours. My job hours changed now I can’t go to the gym after work here because of that. Otherwise a good gym.

I like the fact that I have the black PF membership And I could go to multiple locations. All the locations are always very clean and the staff is always really friendly.
