I signed up last week with Saul and he was super energetic and sweet! Helped me through the sign up and explained the benefits of becoming a planet fitness member. Theo was a nice young man as well! I appreciate the cleanliness and safety precautions I saw them taking care of. Wiping down and replenishing stations with cleansers. It’s a good environment. Calm and safe. Just what we need in this time.

I absolutely love love love loveeeeeee PF! Staff is very friendly and the TR Clay omg hes sooooo awesome! He's been very helpful in showing me how to use all the equipment and doesn't mind that I do a few one on ones because I still haven't remembered all the equipment. He is very encouraging. PF is helping me reach my goals. Love it.

Where do I start!? Paying 22+ dollars a month and havent been!? Or the fact that I was 1 day late canceling and was charged 40+ dollars for a renewal for a service I DO NOT USE! I was told by the 'wonderful' front desk person that it was non refundable and If I was charged again for the following month I would be refunded. I call bullsh***. This is preditory. It seems cheap..but it really isnt. 23 dollars a month for 12 months plus a renewal fee of 44 dollars..thats thats over 300 dollars in the trash for a membership I DID NOT use. The Icing on the cake was the 'wonderful' front desk agent that told me that I still had access until the 17th. The place is disgusting and a majority of the machines were out of order when I did go! Dont do it people. Just take a walk out side. Its cleaner and it will save you a TON.

Loooove this planet fitness location. It's never so busy that I have to wait for machines. Locker rooms and spa areas are always super clean. Staff is very friendly and always willing to answer questions.

Inside is great, the staff is nice and helpful. However, this is all if you can make it pass the homeless and druggies. The staff cannot do anything or refuses. I haven't gotten a clear answer. I saw a druggie nod out and crack his head. Today a woman is tweaking out and digging into an absist. But I need them gains.

The gym is decent and the staff are nice, but outside the gym is overrun by drug addicts and transients. They camp out by the door and now my wife doesn’t feel safe going there alone anymore. I get approached a lot as well. One guy got …

Where should I start. From my prior experience with planet fitness I loved it at our locations in Houston. The equipment seems a little dated compared to what we’re used to but made due. Had to use the restroom and am used to there being toilet paper. Too late. Didn’t know I had to check. It wasn’t just empty. An employee had to have unlocked it and removed the empty cardboard cores and locked it back without refilling it. Didn’t seem like a big deal when I brought it to the managers attention. Wife and I both attempted to to use the massage chairs and Hydromassage beds. Went to get on the massage chair and it was covered with tools from the guy servicing the one next to mine. Are you kidding? Scanned in and was told machines would automatically come on. After almost 5 minutes of waiting I’d had enough of this place. Will NEVER come back here. The only reason it got 1 star is because there isn’t a lower rating.

How are they gonna charge my account and they are closed till further notice??? And then they send me a email saying they are freezing all acount till further notice and no charges will come out during this countrys crisis. My account was charged on the 17th, after they were already closed down, and now they have noone answering calls yo comain, and corporate iffice decided to go on vacation. Reporting to my bank

DO NOT GO OVERNIGHT this little boy (saul)that was at the desk was very rude and disrespectful. I asked about using the ammenities and he got an attitude. I have never been treated like this at this gym. When i walked away he started mumbling under his breathe. When i asked his name he threw his hands in the air like he wasnt going to give it. I then asked for the managers name and he threw the card at me and said hed report me. Just an FYI saul. If you dont like your job get a new one. Ive been coming to this gym for over 2 years this is not acceptable for any customer to be treated like this.

I went to work out with friends on their guest pass. I got a lot of information about applying for my own membership! It's very affordable and they have lots of amenities like massages and even tanning beds as well as a chance to talk one on one to a trainer! It was great!
