I like going to this gym. I don't like that people don't wipe down their equipment after use. I watched over 10.people not wipe their equipment. I also think their equipment needs some updates. There is only 2 working Stair Masters, some.of the treadmills I have used are a little wobbly, noisy, or don't work. I also wish they have convince guest lockers.

I felt awkward starting a gym at 61. I am so out of shape. I hadn't been to a gym in 30 years. But I was totally comfortable. Everyone of the staff has been so sweet and helpful. Thank you for making an old lady feel like she too can get into shape too. Not just the good looking guys lol

This gym suits my needs well. It’s got your standard equipment you find at any gym. The staff is super cool and no one judges the bigger people that are there to get healthy. I’ll be continuing to come here and suggest it as a great cheap gym that caters to your schedule

Very clean. Love the hydrobeds! Nice locker room. Best part was that the people that work there and who signed me up did not pressure me into or make me feel bad about not buying their personal training sessions.

It has always been a great experience ever since I started going to PF at metro center. It is kept clean and the staff is always nice. I enjoy my workouts there and it feels like i belong there almost like my own home and family. PF is truly a no judgment environment.

People who work out here have all been courteous. Staff is always friendly and greet me with a smile. There are enough Smith machines to go around. If they are busy, one usually opens up after a few minutes. There are literally tons of free weights. Plenty of flat and adjustable benches. Lots and lots of cardio equipment. The whole place, including the restrooms are clean. The language in the workout areas is friendly and rated either G or PG. Nothing vulgar. At least not that I've heard. There's free WiFi. Good hours. Membership is reasonable.

I really enjoy going to Planet Fitness-Phoenix (Metro Center). The staff is very nice and the facility is very clean and well maintained. I always feel welcome when I visit. I have been very reluctant to go to a gym because I am over 50 and have fought the weight battle my whole life. I have been going 4-5 times a week for the last 3 weeks and feel stronger and healthier already!

This gym is the best bang for your buck in town.An upgraded membership let’s you bring a friend whenever you want-which is fun.No classes or pool or daycare, but I don’t mind.The machines are in great condition and an employee is ALWAYS cleaning. The patrons also make an effort to wipe things down when they are done-a rare thing at most gyms.Plus free tootsie rolls at the door is pretty great too. (As an aside, there is no trash can on your way out the door-only a recycling bin. Consequently the outside walk to the parking lot is always littered with tootsie roll wrappers. I’m pretty sure this can be fixed by getting a trashcan by the door).

Great gym and great crew. When i first came to check out planet fitness in a few month ago i liked the good vibes and set up. I not only got the black member card but filled out a application and got a job now that i really enjoy. Very glad i found this gym and has been nice being the new guy on the team!
