It truly is judgement free. All different ages & sizes are there. I feel completely comfortable. And staff are nice to me even though I'm old😊 …

Newer of the two Planet Fitnesses in the area. Lots of equipment, there are busier times of day, but I've never had a problem getting in. I do wish they would crack down a bit more on the meatheads who drop weights and make unnecessary noises. As gyms go, it's clean, never smells bad, and always has a clean bathroom. You can't beat the price either!

Smaller than the East Peoria location but still a great place to workout. Pizza night and bagel mornings are odd to me, but to each his own. More temptation for me to fight off!

You can't beat $10 a month. $20 gets you the tanning, Beauty Angel machine, guest privelages, and **HYDRO-MASSAGE** This is glorious and such a lifesaver after an intense workout. Lots of cardio equipment, good weight lifting area, and an area to do your own thing. It's nearly always spotless. I very rarely see a machine broken down.

Recently joined as a "black card" member. Worth every penny. Basic membership includes full use of the workout equipment, and is totally affordable at about $10 a month. My partner and I chose black card membership, which at under $25 a month per person buys each of us full use of gym, one free guest anytime, free tanning anytime, free use of massage chairs/tables, some sort of personal training option that I'm not likely to use, 1/2 price Gatorade and water, and more. 24 hour staffing and access is HUGE, as I keep some weird hours. They have good Equipment, and plenty of it. I live close by, so it's convenient. Being a large franchise, I can go to any planet fitness and workout as a basic member, which will be great if I travel, and it's judgement free, and free of gym-timidation, which means I get to work out without the screaming meathead dropping weights just to hear them clunk. Oh, and tv's. They have lots of tv's

So the new planet fitness is ok. Its smaller than the one in East Peoria. The equipment is new and nice but everything seems cramped. The big problem I have is the showers. There is very little water pressure.

The people at Front desk provide a Falsify information. They have enrolled me for one year membership and at point of enrollment they did mentioned that membership can be transferable at no cost and it turns out to be a false information. The manager is unpleasantly rough, He wants me to reach out the Hierarchy of Planet Fitness for the refund or transfer. They are not transferring the memberships, I am extremely unhappy with the service. They want the customer to speak with the transferring destination Planet Fitness and General Manager to get it done, Which is deliberately unprofessional. When I reached out the front desk to speak with Manager. He wants to skip the talk and puts me on hold for almost 11 mins and hangs up the call. If this is the Customer service they believe in. I would suggest people to stop enrolling.A request from my end when the service is lethargic. Please stop attracting people with false information.

This place is horrible. In order to cancel your membership, you have to go there in-person. Super inconvenient when you don't have time to go in due to being busy and not having time. But yet you can sign up online with no issues. At first I was able to go to the gym and what not but due to recent events, and haven't been able to do errands. Show no sympathy toward customers. Will never be coming back to Planet Fitness. 0 stars

On my very last day in Peoria, having just finished school, I went in to this location one last time (my home location) to ask how downgrading and transferring my membership since there's only one by my house. I was informed that I would have to do this at the gym I wanted to transfer too (which I later found out was wrong). This was the first of a couple instances this summer where I would be misinformed by the staff leading me to pay for more and for extra months. It was all very frustrating because I had to suffer for their mistakes. Everything started off great and the facility is nice but these past few months dealing with this location from a different city kind of ruined the experience for me.

Been to several across the country. Matt, Jaycee, and Antonio are wonderful and helpful. Penny is an excellent trainer, you just have to be dedicated to maximize the effort she'll give you. Overall the staff is pretty awesome from first to third shifters. Keep it up guys!As far as equipment goes. It's a starter gym. You will eventually plateau and have to ascend to a higher gym, but at least you'll have a really good environment to get there in.
