Staff is pretty nice. And it's usually really clean. Right now its hard to find equipment but thats not there fault. With social distancing its hard to get equipment.

I come to this gym and tan multiple times a week..I cant say I have ever been asked if I had eye wear but I usually do have googles or ask for stickers in the past.. which they have sold for $.50 ..today I made a trip forgetting my purse and was denied tanning or stickers they usually provide. He offered to sell me a new pair for over $5. (No purse, no money) I asked if I could put a towel on my head and was told no. The frustrating thing is I am literally never asked about my eye wear but today made a drive for nothing. The manager was very stone faced and obviously inconsistent! I will definitely start going to the location closer to my house instead of on lunch!

Unlike other gyms I been to in the past, planet fitness gym was supplied with every possible accommodation I could have hoped for. There were free weights, floor mats, resistance machines, a variety of aerobics cycles, and plenty of media monitors to keep my mind from getting bored. The people were helpful with using the equipment for the best result as well. From the time I arrived, the large dressing room provided me with much privacy and a locker room that I could not have imagined better. Going into my second week I'm all ready looking weight and know that I'll reach my weight lost goal and more. Planet fitness is the best* phil

I used to work from 330 to midnight, sometimes 2 a.m. and Clay would always have the locker rooms and showers clean and ready to go by the time my workout was done! Antonio is a great store manager also!

I'm glad to finally be back in the gym. You can see the staff definitely doing more cleaning. Staff are all masked and probably 50 percent of the clients are as masked. Capacity limited by guidelines but hasn't come close yet. Social distancing is easily achieved.

I greatly appreciate your efforts to promote social distancing. Your staff has always done a tremendous job keeping the club clean. Since cleanliness is more crucial than ever during the COVID outbreak, I feel safer at Planet Fitness than I’ve ever felt at any other gym at which I’ve been a member. Thank you for making the extra effort to protect all of your members. As a health care professional, THANK YOU!

Great place with friendly people and wonderful staff. I've been coming here taking advantage of all the perks of being a black card member. I came in in a cast and in crutches and they had plenty of machines to accommodate my needs fully with very knowledgeable staff there were more than willing to help me in any way and show me around and explain all the areas and the machines and equipment in them. They have tanning bed available along with hydro beds for a water massage which feel great after a good workout and also they offer personal or group training all included with my membership which is the best $22.00 a month I've ever spent.Oh I can't forget that once a month they cater in from Panera bread with free coffee and bagels and assortment of cream cheese to go with them and also they bring in pizza from Papa John's locally for free for everyone. Like I said it's the best $22 a month I've ever spent!

Great for a no judging atmosphere workout, new equipment. Tanning, complete body enhancement, hydro beds, massage chairs .Friendly staff & personal training available & or classes

I like the one in Peoria over the one in East Peoria because the one in East Peoria is incredibly crowded when I get off work. I would go to the one in Pekin but that's an hour total drive and that's just silly.

Great clean place. Friendly staff very helpful. Antonio signed us up. Very knowledgeable. Looking forward to working out here.
