This company's sales associates post fraudulent and misleading ads on Facebook. The ad we responded to stated multiple times that we would receive an item "still in the box". Instead we received an obviously used and damaged machine. When I contacted the company to attempt to rectify the situation, they claimed that they only sell used merchandise. So I guess their ad is just fraud? The sales man I worked with who seemed so kind at first, Joshua Petrawski, now will not respond to my messages. I'm fearing that we will have to sue to receive any sort of remediation. Buyer beware.

My husband and I came here to purchase some equipment!! Bought Bumper Plates, Kettlebells, Dumbells and a few more things! Service was great, Josh and Pete were very helpful! Will be coming back for more equipment soon! Definitely recommend!

My son and I had been looking for gym equipment for some time now and was told to check out SFE. It was kind of out of the way, but I went there to see what it was about anyway. When we walked in, I wasn't expecting to see an entire warehouse of gym equipment that was amazingly affordable to all. We did pick up a couple of things and definitely will be going back again to get more stuff. Staff are knowledgeable about what they have and quick to help out, so don't hesitate to ask for help. Thanks again, SFE, for being there for the everyday consumer your place is amazing!

Hands down the best place to get your fitness equipment. Best prices online and locally. I bought online and in store. I pickup my online orders at the store, save on shipping and my items are held till I can get to the shop for pickup. SFE is the first place I look when we need anything for our events!

People there were very helpful. However, bought rubber weight plates. Once I unboxed them, they are covered in oily substance which is almost impossible to remove. Kind of hard to lift weights when your hands are covered in slippery oil.Their response is priceless. Heavy plates, when covered in oil, tend to slip out of people's hands and could potentially injure someone. Thanks for your consideration.Nope. Don't need help cleaning them. I got this. Just won't shop with you again. Thanks!

SCAM/ FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not*** purchase anything from this company. Had to create an investigation with credit card company to receive refund for BROKEN EQUIPMENT that they refused to troubleshoot. Sent us a video of a model working to get us to purchase, then sent a broken Chinese product (we literally were sent pre recorded videos of Chinese women attempting to troubleshoot IN CHINESE as a response to many calls and emails about the product not even starting). Absolutely insane. Biggest scam, no they have no shame, did not attempt to refund us themselves or help fix the problem. Should have done more research because many other people have received broken machines too.
