I ordered a treadmill January 18 and was ready to be delivered by the 21st! There was just a hiccup on my side-I didn’t realize that the delivery company would be calling me to schedule a delivery time/date so I didn’t actually get it till Feb 3rd. There was a problem with the incline initially but, SFE sent the replacement cord and everything works perfectly now! I love my treadmill and would definitely recommend

We’re just getting back into working out and building our home gym, the staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful. They’re always willing to help and go through different options to suit our needs. All in all great experience.

Great prices on exercise equipmentI am satisfied with my purchase through Sport and Finess Exchange. I saw a post on Facebook and the prices are what got me to come take a look. There was a larger selection of equipment than I was expecting. The store was very well maintained making it easy to navigate. The staff helped me find what fit my price range/ exactly what I wanted. It was so helpful to have knowledgeable advice. I ended up getting a NordicTrack EXP10i Treadmill and had it delivered to my house. Now I want to have a home gym, and will definitely come back for more additions to it. I highly reccomend this place. :)

I visited this store last month and I have to say they have the best selection of exercise equipment and prices than I have seen anywhere else. Their selection of kettlebells and dumbbells are outstanding. Unfortunately I am no longer staying in AZ but they do ship so I do plan on shopping online from them. Highly recommend.

Naili was an OUTSTANDING sales professional. I really enjoyed working with her picking out workout equipment that properly serve my needs. Nailia was extremely professional and very patient with me. She offered discounts offered by the company and never made promises she could not fulfill. This company left us incredibly disappointed and inconvenienced. From unmet expectations with delivery, a passive aggressive response when it was two weeks passed the delivery time (6+weeks after ordering) and we still didn’t have an update and inquired kindly, to a confirmed delivery two months later which was then further delayed, then shipment of the treadmill only to find out it DOES NOT WORK, to the final straw of the company IGNORING our several outreaches for support.. suffice it to say we are now left with 300lbs of garbage to get rid of. We were so excited to be able to invest in our health with the NordicTrack, but as it turns out this company is not committed to their customers’ experience.

Here is my online purchase experience with Sports & Fitness Exchange (SFE):On 10/12/2022, Customer Service Agent, Naili texted me and states: "We have a 90 Day Warranty on the functionality of the machine. So if there's something wrong with the parts, we send your order to our warranty department to see what we need to do to get your machine up and running."On 10/12/2022, I submitted my order from Sports & Fitness Exchange website:Nordictrack Commercial 1750 Foldable Treadmill (2nd) × 1$799.99, Shipping $345.00, Taxes $0.00 (Oregon)Total $1,144.99 USDOn 10/20/2022, I received the treadmill with defects. I took some photos and videos with the defects and sent them to Naili immediately.On 10/20/ 2022, Naili wrote back:Thank you, Ms. XXXX, I will pass this onto our Warranty Department to see what your options are.============================On 10/24/2022, Customer Service wrote:Good Afternoon Ms. XXXX,Thank you for your patience with our Customer Service Team. In order to help you best, my Warranty Dept has requested for the following information:How many screws do you have? (In relation to your motor cover)How many clips do you have on the motor cover?When this motor cover is screwed onto the treadmill, does this issue affect the function of the treadmill?We look forward to hearing back from you.Best,SFE======================================On 10/25/2022, I wrote:Hi SFE Customer Service,I have 3 screws and 2 clips on the motor cover. The 3 pieces on the motor cover for holding the clips were broken.When this motor cover is screwed onto the treadmill by 2 screws only, this issue does affect the function of the treadmill. Horrible business. If I could give less than one star I would. They sent me a BROKEN ski erg, and are making me pay to ship it back ($300 plus) and a restocking fee of 15%. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this establishment.

Widespread issues with dishonesty.The salesperson initially told me that my order would be shipped out within 3 business days; it took 6.We were excited to receive our item, so on the 4th business day I called to check if it had been shipped since I hadn't seen a shipment notice. I was told by 2 separate people that it was going to be picked up that day... but the tracking information shows that they put in the request that day and it wasn't shipped out until 2 days later.I was also told by 2 people that it would arrive in 3-5 business days. It arrived in our state on the 5th business day and I reached out to the shipping company since I was wondering about delivery details. The carrier informed me that they would have called me on the 6th or 7th business day to schedule a delivery for the 7th or 8th business day. In total 13 business days until delivery, roughly double what I was told by Sports and Fitness Exchange.I am extremely disappointed with the purchasing experience and would not recommend you purchase from here. The company is either dishonest or incompetent. Either way I wish I placed my order with a competitor instead, at least they were up front about what to expect for shipping timelines.
