I came into SFE this morning to pick up a Dumbbell set, I purchased my SFE plate set about 4 months ago and I am very happy with them so I decided to add these lil guys to my home gym setup. I am very pleased with the quality of both my plates and dumbbells. I have only purchased free weights & weight lifting equipment from SFE and this is definitely the place to go for these items. Shopping here is fast and easy, walk in tell them what your looking for and they will get you squared away & answer any questions you may have. I'll definitely be back as my lifting progresses!

On March 28 I originally purchased a 2021 Nordictrack VU19 Upright bike for my husbands (April 16) birthday gift. I also purchased a Proform Tour De France Spin bike for myself. My husband's bike had a loose handlebar, it was swapped out for another and the spin bike had no resistance levels, I decided to upgraded to a Nordictrack S10i. It was delivered in April. After returning from a 3 week business I tried out my S10i only to find out that neither the incline nor resistance work. I have purchased 3 bikes from SFE only to have problems with all 3, these bikes aren't cheap!

I LOVE my new treadmill! I was nervous to order a potentially used treadmill, but they do a quality control test before and it looks and works as if it’s brand new. I’m super happy with this purchase and this company. I’ll definitely order through them again.

Avoid at all costs. They:1. Got my order mixed up with someone else’s and sent me their fitness machine instead of the one I ordered2. Sent me the machine I ordered but it arrived terribly packaged and damaged beyond repair3. Ignored my many emails and phone calls asking for help with the damaged order4. Several weeks later, the head of customer service called me, very apologetic for “dropping the ball.” She promised to coordinate picking up the damaged goods I received and to issue me a full refund plus an extra $100 to cover the movers I had hired to help get the thing into the house. That would have been great if it had actually happened.5. She never issued the refund and never coordinated picking up the damaged order. My email followup went unanswered.Bottom line, these people abandoned me with a giant broken exercise machine that took up my garage for months, never picked it up, never issued me a refund. I had to dispute it with my credit card and won months later. What a terrible experience.

Great experience! I had the opportunity to test out the equipment, look it all over, both front sales room and back dock options to choose from, great prices and amazing people to help answer questions and they loaded it into my vehicle! 90-day warranty included and the ability to extend a couple years through the manufacturer, awesome!😁👍

Alot of the weights / equipments are cheaper here compared to private sellers from offer up and facebook market place, staff is always ready to help. Brought many bumper plates from here and some adjustable dumbells

I bought my elliptical here about 4 years ago and have been very happy with it. Now that my mom was looking for one, I took her here. She got a 2018 elliptical for $350. They gave a 3 month warranty and $5 off for liking their FB Page. I will continue to recommend this place. They have a good selection on exercise equipment and are very friendly.
